What lol, it's DSBM (Depressive suicidal black metal). Not a lot of black metal is NS, and when it is you'll usually be able to tell by the album art. But you are going to miss out on a bit of good black metal if you refuse to listen to NSBM, but it's not a big deal.

There's a couple charts floating around.
Generally, listen to the early Norwegian scene first. So bands like Burzum, Darkthrone, Emperor, Mayhem, and Immortal. Listening to those will give you a general idea of the different types and sounds of black metal. From there, depending on what bands you did and didn't like, you can spread out to similar artists. Burzum is considered to be atmospheric black metal, so you might like other bands that fall under that genre.

I'm mostly excited that Nattfog was in the studio some weeks ago. Just got my copy of the vinyl repress of Mustan auringon riitti the other day. That's the best album from 2012, by the way, unless it's Flesh Cathedral or HaglaNaudizEisaz instead. But it sure isn't Evilfeast.
