lol these threads are ghost towns
nothing really memorable, instrumental is just generic Joji stuff, rapper on the first verse has a really unappealing and unpleasant voice, rapper on the second verse actually has a good voice that would sound great on a better instrumental.
first track is generic post-rock, second track sounds like a poor man's RHCP but with bad mixing, third track sounds like music from a commercial. Do you realise that the point of instrumental music is to create a story and a journey without lyrics? You can't just make something that would normally have vocals on top and release that, it sounds empty and boring. Instrumental songwriting is very different from traditional songwriting and it requires different skills. I would suggest studying other instrumental pieces and comparing them to vocal songs to find what elements carry over and what elements are specific to each style.
so far this is the only decent stuff in the thread. I like the different sections that the tracks have, it keeps things somewhat fresh. Although, like most dark ambient, it gets a bit boring, but that's just because i'm not really into the genre. I could picture someone who's really into this kind of music really enjoying this. So I guess you're on the right track so keep it up.

We have just now released a new album of improvisations in the rehearsal: Zapadas (vol. 3). 100% spontaneous jams collected in a period of over a year, between 2016 and 2017. Note: these are NOT compositions and it's not intended to sound clean and well produced. Its a collection of recordings from the rehearsal room, made with a zoom h2n mic placed in the middle of the room

I really like the first-wave post rock feel to this
You shouldn't act salty when someone critiques your music, otherwise you'll come across as overly emotional and you won't grow as an artist. Also you shouldn't be prescriptive, but rather descriptive. No matter what you say, there is always room for improvement. Learn from your mistakes, and if you say there are none, then you've still got a long way to go.
>You shouldn't act salty
it's called bants. i'm not upset you're critiquing my music, i'm just amused by your Old Man Bernstein gravitas.

The way I spoke isn't all that unusual, just trying to replicate the style of critique that i've seen judges do in classical recitals (or at least the ones that i've been a part of). I know this is a pretty jokey site, but you should take feedback seriously, otherwise some other people might not take you seriously as an artist.

Surprised you think my stuff is better than theirs, I think it's much worse. Which tracks did you listen to?
I like this a lot, very nice melodies.
i listened to all three tracks on the "vough" release
Well thanks for the feedback, not really sure how I feel about my own music because I never really show it to anyone. I tried to make vough more cohesive than the last project which was kind of all over the place.
Thanks guy used the last code
