I actually think Ricciardo is probably the best teammate for someone like Max, pushes him a bit but not too hard also isn't the sort of person to blow up or be put off by some imagined slight cause by the other driver and start an interteam spat like Alonso and Max would probably do together.

Best case scenario Ham and Vet both get knocked to the back somehow and race each other through the pack.
