I used to be like you but then I considered the possibility that a lost of people listen to track just because of the production being done on the tracks.

Making trap or electronic music in general is a completely different experience to making rock, metal or jazz. Once you get over the whole "I don't listen to mainstream music", you'll understand what I'm talking about.

The production that goes into this kind of music is a craft. The lyrics are shit but most of the musicians I know that listen to trap or hip-hop are more interested in the production techniques and technical aspects rather than the song itself.

I enjoy your style, reminds me of The Brobecks- perhaps a little too much pop punk(esp. early panic!) at points, but not bad, could use with better mixing, seems like you've just mixed everything to have really high bass.
the production is really cool & abstract, I like the messing with soul stuff, but don't like the trap flavourings - they could do with sounding a bit less generic? like the production on them is e x a c t l y like every other trap beat. Your flow isn't terrible but sometimes you do weird shit that just sounds bad like your pseudo gangsta bits, and where you mimicked the samples melody.
I get that it's a bit of a joke but Prom is way too twee, there's satire then there's heavy handed, ugly ass, gross satire. The vocals just don't work at all, sounds like ur whispering after deepthroating ur mic. Not a good sound.
