However, it is possible to create XX chromosomes from XY, by copying the X and discarding the Y. That way, one can create a female clone of cells, and potentially progress this to an entire human being.
Of course, brain transplants won't be possible for decades at least.

Clinical testing companies are paid to achieve desiered results with the drugs and only require one trial, as is the obvious case in your pic related where the drug was only tried by one individual in a continuous trial.
