Kanye has had the biggest impact on the music that has come out this decade as a result of Graduation, 808s, and MBDTF, but if you're looking for the artists with the most popularity and/or critical acclaim, you're probably looking at Adele, Beyonce, Drake, Frank Ocean, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar, One Direction, St. Vincent, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, and Death Grips. There's not a whole lot of indie that falls into both categories except for Arcade Fire or maybe Grimes
