Alex Chilton BTFO
Stop posting this thread you dipshit. The band are clearly enamored with Chilton and Big Star.
Let It Be is so much better than everything else the mats put out
I can't even describe how much I love that album
let it be, tim, and pleased to meet me are all really good
> band's entire sound inspired by Alex Chilton
> band writes song about Alex Chilton, called "Alex Chilton"
> band gets Alex Chilton to produce their album
"Alex Chilton BTFO" does not follow. It is a nonsensical statement.
I'M IN LOVE
Sorry Ma is underrated. It may not have the sensitive songwriter aspect, but it's about as good as ragged garage punk gets. It's probably my overall favorite Replacements album, even if my favorite individual songs came later.
I unironically adore the replacements
the drum sound on that album is so bad
You honestly prefer the 80s drums on Tim and Pleased to Meet Me?
