it'll probably turn out to be shit

it's gonna be the worst album of the year

How could you be hype after seeing that tracklist?

My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy

...

I'm hyped, but hesitant. I really liked the fake drug rollout marketing, but everything besides that, from The Storm to the podcast interview to the tracklist to the fucking face-palming album cover with the American Flag attached (reminds me of that shitty scene from Spider-Man 3, another hyped thing that died in flames) has been pretty fucking lame.

I'll always check out Eminem's stuff. His formative years have earned my lifelong interest. But this is the first time I'm actively preparing myself for hone of his upcoming albums to suck.

The storm was a good idea but poorly executed, his freestyles lately are hit or miss though.

I actually like the new album art. I mean, it's creative and vastly different than anything he's done in a while.

Wasn't huge on Walk on Water but the intent was good. I don't really know what to expect. I love like 5 of his albums and he has a lot of classics. But the fact is he's in his forties now and doesn't really know what the fans want or what he wants to make. But maybe this will actually be decent who knows. He was good at political rap on Encore.

I think he does know what his fans want and is capable of producing it. He only recently wrote Don't Front, Groundhog Day, and Fine Line. He's more than capable, but he's also the leading cash cow bill-paying superstar of his label. I think maturity has made him more agreeable to Interscope, so if they ask he get lame pop features, he does so without a fuss. Then pretends that he always wanted to do a song with Beyonce, loves drinking Red Bull non-stop in his freestyles, and thought Pink would 'kill it's on the hook. He's corporate, has been since MMLP, but his artistry stemmed from his struggles with that. Just seeing him bend backwards so easily is disheartening, paired with his waning creativity and the need to make a broad appeal pop record. I'm still a fan, I just don't like the giant hands so obviously shoving themselves up his ass.

THAT'S AN AWFULLY HOT COFFEE POT

AND HE'S ORANGE!

If that Trump diss track is any indication of his current direction, it's going to be a bad time.

>Fine Line
Love that one. I hope the new album has more like it.

>phone poster

I'm interested. We all know we're going to listen to it, whether we're hyped or not.

>agatha poster

I'm pretty hyped but cautious at the same time. Eminem is still a talented rapper, so I just hope he brings his A game on this track.

>dill weed poster

>Tom poster

>poster

It's a trump diss album, you know Sup Forums is gonna love it. We'll at least love meming it

lol at how fast that first shit song was dropped i browse youtube 24/7 and haven't seen a sign of it since the day after it came out

To be fair it's not really a song that you jam to on repeat in your car or some shit. It's no surprise that it's not being played anywhere.

MFW i just read the features
> ed sheeran
> alicia keys
> pink
> skylar grey
> beyonce

please stop eminem you're actually ruining your legacy

Pink is okay.
Ed Sheeran is overhated

Alicia, Skylar and Beyonce are the worst desu but he just wants to appeal to a bigger audience

I don't understand the Ed Sheeran hate. The guy has a decent singing voice and his collab with Yelawolf proves that can do good on a rap song.

disagree Pink is pure cancer in human form

the point is he should be helping young rappers out not pushing these (((popular))) artists

it's out if anyone doesn't know. it's "untouchable"

fuck rick rubin

Sup Forums gonna have a field day wit this one

Why the FUCK can Em not choose better beats. Sure, his flow isn't great these days, but it'd be a hell of a lot better over a simple Dre-style beat than this awful rock shit.

Regardless, these lyrics are terrible. And the flow is the same choppy shit he's been on for a while. I'm done with this album.

After 2003 he sucked

Yo this new song actually fucking hard:

dbr(dot)ee/ohs3

nice virus bitch

Lmao its clean bruh its from hiphopheads lol check it

The absolute state of Eminem’s fans right now

Trump ruined Eminem :(

great, Sup Forums is gonna be fucking insufferable about this song. gonna have to deal with so many retarded threads about this the next few days.

Beyonce's an incredible singer despite the opinions of the edgy folk here, she just shouldn't be on an Eminem song.

oof

Lmao that hook. Trump has infected Eminem. Jesus Christ. I still love the dude and find the snippet catchy, but this is his new fucking Encore. Any links to the full song? I'd like to hear the whole thing.

Replying to myself. Legend Mixtapes streaming the whole song for free if anybody wants to hear it.

THE FUCKING ROCK MUSIC RIFFS KILL ME. JUST MAKE 10 FUCKING CAMPAIGN SPEECHES DUDE. JESUS CHRIST.

The hook is fucking annoying but the beat is pretty dope. Finally Em sounds carefree again. Great lyrics too, Sup Forums is bound to get even more mad than usual.

where are you guys listening to this

youtube.com/watch?v=56KYMMGudcU

thank

I want to still like Em' so much but dude's trash.

>mfw listening this shit

HE SAMPLED CHEECH AND CHONG DUDES WTF THIS IS COOL

trash

His flow and the beat is dope tho wtf

>It's a white guilt song

This guy is such a faggot

Snippet sucks. Full song, when the real beat kicks in, is great. I'm back on board the hype train. Agree or disagree with him, he put his heart into this. I felt his energy again. He created a story. He lost some of his points in needless rhyme schemes, but what he did articulate he did so wonderfully.

This, and I say that as a former Eminem stan. I'm expecting a 5/10 album AT BEST.

>Throughout history African Americans have been treated like shit and I admit there's been times it's been embarrassing to be a white boy

This is fucking embarrassing

Macklemore already made this song

youtube.com/watch?v=Y_rl4ZGdy34

>I love the
>big black cock
What did he mean by this?

The fuck is wrong with the mixing? First half sounds like someone recorded it on a phone.

>underage faggot doesn't know White America

Is “Why is it, they treat us like dryer lint?” the new “That’s an awfully hot coffee pot?”

this on helping the yungin's, it's what all old heads need to do.

is this worse than walk on water

True it's very Recovery 2, and WoW was annoying as fuck but all the pop artists are legit, he knows what he's doing. Now we finally have the energetic, playful Eminem talking about social topics again, like it's TES. How not to be hyped?

his flow is trash but we have seen worse from him. still choppy to me.

Who does it feature?

Eminem new track Untouchable has a message in it. You mfers just wanted him on a trap beat rapping bout drugs, bitches, and money. That's what happens when you let today's hip-hop brainwash niggas. If Pac came back and dropped an album y'all would say it's trash.

Hell no. Did we listen to the same song? I had no hope but this is actually fucking fire. The flow is way better, lyrics are better.. voice is better too.

REAL. I had the same TES vibes. I'm so hyped!

It's Recovery 2

But with all the lyrical content about white guilt/fuck DRUMPF

This is the poorest man's version of White America. The drop off is depressing.

itt: triggered alt-right Sup Forumsshitters

lol praise drumf amirite? XD

This album is getting a 5.2 from P4K

"While Eminem's addressing of important issues is nice, he can't overcome the inherent cornyness of himself"

>Sup Forums
>mad
last time Sup Forums was so mad they made a diss track

t. faps to cuck porn

Another track over "black privilege" incoming?

He writes from the bombastic carefree rockstar attitude of a white cop plus blurs himself with the identity. Then in the third verse he writes from the more hip hop sounding anger and cynicism of black individuality while also blurring his identity into it. Eminem has always belonged and likewise been a stranger to both worlds. The opening lyrics before the rock beat kicks in also hints at this. I actually really like this song. The production lets it down a bit and Eminem's bias in the argument is obvious, but reading the lyrics and watching how he forms the characters is good stuff. This is a hit for me. Walk on Water is forgiven.

>your lyrics are on fire
>nah nevermind
>its your liberal wastelands
>burning from the hinterlands
>come to torch bel air
>Ain't nobody care
>Liberal bonfire

I don't know what y'all are hearing. this is the best thing in literal years from Em. who gives a shit about the subject material, it's more interesting to hear him do political stuff than the other shit he's been doing lately.

Why are you guys so obsessed with cuck porn and blacked again?

Yeah, the synergy between the rock beat and the personalities he used is pretty based as is the switch to pure hip hop. Wonder if the bits at the very start are continuation from the previous track.

Black community/trap listening hip hop fans already think Eminem is corny and will prob turn this into "Wow, dude even gets popular off black issues we've been talking about forever"

Meanwhile, he also loses a lot of his fanbase who see what a spineless, pandering move this is

Overall sad, pathetic

some liberal sperg spent literally months spanning Sup Forums with nigger dicks, do you expect everyone to pretend that never happened?

>never listened to Eminem before 2009

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

this is the funniest shit i've heard in a while, thanks based em

I thought his bet freestyle was ass, but this is some good shit. em still woke

I saw that Tweet too user

DRUMPF DRUMPFY
ORANGE ORANGE

Based Em gonna drop something good.

THE RAP GOD IS BACK??? HOLY SHIT IM ON THE HYPE TRAIN!

How will he ever recover?

this shit was terrible

I liked some of Skyler's stuff from her first EP

In hindsight I like Relapse now

HOW DO YOU DO FELLOW WHITE VIRGINS

How can you not like this? It's seriously his best in years. He actually has his passion back and flow. The beat is dope too (Thanks Alchemist)

COFFEE POT

>He actually has his passion back and flow.

He had all of that on his last albums as well

The only album he didnt have the "passion" was Encore.

mfw eminen will make a huge comeback

>throughout history, african-americans have been treated like shit and i admit there have been times where its been embarrassing to be a
>WHITE BOY WHITE BOY

this is actual lyrics to the song, how embarrassing.
its literally just saying cops suck and im sorry that im white. theres nothing about white nationalist, just muh police brutality.

Truth, and Encore is overhated desu, actually a 7/10 besides a few goofy songs.

Recovery aint that bad but a few too many pop songs.

MMLP2 is average. I think this may top it.

Dude Pink is fucking mental just read any of her interviews that involve questions about parenting

crackhead screaming old macklemore. this is straight trash, why does this old emo fuck keep trying? had to shut this shit off before the first verse finished. i can see him killing himself after this album flops hard critically and commercially
