Is this Taipei?
Loos really nice.

Russian in Prague. took this photo the day before yesterday

post Netherlands blease

it's hsinchu

I took a few pictures while walking home some time ago.
But I already posted it before so I'm a bit reluctant to post it.

Pic related.

You can almost see my home here. It's just out of the picture.

>hsinchu
Looks really developed. Nice.
How is the life over there?
Do you speak Mandarin over there too?

Student houses. Where groups of student live.

i don't live in hsinchu
just travel back from there
yes, entire Taiwan speak mandarin

In the distance are the elderly houses.

Looks like Lego but Comfortable.

Are you foreigner or just taiwanese who live somewhere else in Taiwan?

Close up of elderly houses.

Well, the houses are unironically build like lego blocks. You have pre-fabricated blocks they put togheter and then make an outside.

A poorer area with flats.

Not so poor that starters can live there. But I guess lower middle class.

Comfy houses

A parking place and houses I see in the distance from my house.

That street up close. I live around the corner.

This is where I live. Removed things from the image that would give it away.

你覺得呢?

I started the walk at the train station. The bikes in front of it.

...

>你覺得呢?
外国人?

I wish bikes were widespread over here and riding one wouldn't put your life in danger

From my house you can also take the boat to the inner city.

Pic related. When I was on a boat to the city center.

Girls can't do it though.

youtube.com/watch?v=HgJlgFWwWzo

This is an amazing way to move around city to be honest.

The canals are below street level. In the past they were used to transport heavy cargo to the stores, through the basement.

Because it's easier to transport heavy stuff over water than over land.

我是台灣人 >:((((

We always have drunken Poles that drown in our cities lol.
More than half of the people that drown in the Netherlands are Poles.

>我是台灣人
台湾人在这里很少见

>More than half of the people that drown in the Netherlands are Poles
Kek

>More than half of the people that drown in the Netherlands are Poles.
More than half of the people that drown in Finland are drunken Finns pissing from a boat on Midsummer's Eve :(

However, do you enjoy your life in Taiwan or would you like to immigrate somewhere else?

It's very common for people to be drunken and piss in the canals and then fall in.
But most Dutch people had swimming lessons.

And Poles tend to swim in areas where you cannot swim, such as deep rivers for boats with strong flows. In some rivers you can also only get a few meters in, before it gets very deep. So there is a strong chance you'll get dragged away or get into a cold area where you'll get cramps.

But Poles don't know that.

it's ok here, nothing special to say
i may immigrate to other country if i have enough money, cause why should i stick to an island?

noice

How do you drown while drunk? I've gone swimming plenty of times sortof drunk (I'm careful) and it's totally fine. But I guess people do manage to fuckup walking while drunk so fucking up swimming is totally reasonable.

My dog's friend's house.

cause why should i stick to an island?
Because if this island provide you with everything you need then why would you move anywhere else other than travel to visit other places of course?

And I assume most of the population is staying in Taiwan too?
How many Taiwanese leave the country?
Or maybe Migrating to mainland China is more common appearance?

I suspect that majority of Taiwanese dislike China

now it's dark in Japan, so I took this two weeks ago

My friend when he was 16 yo drank so much when we were on the beach of the lake that he suddenly stood up, said that he needs to get home and his train is departing from the platform while pointing on the lake and went into the water.

I love this squarish japanese architecture

Often drunken people don't know what's up or down in the water.

So drunks get killed by lack of motor skills and orientation, cramps, panicking etc. When they try to save each other they lean on each other and so on.

If you're really super drunk it doesn't really matter if you're a good swimmer or not
You're never as good as the water is at making you drown
Unfortunately, most Finns don't experience any other kind of drunk. So we go swimming in a lake, need to pee, stand up, lose our balance in the wobbly boat, fall out of the boat and drown. Such is life.

Lol, neat. It's really not very wise at all to be near deep water when really drunk, I always knew that but more so now, even kindof drunk (5 or so beers) I'm a little scared but I always have others near me and I usually swim at our 2nd house's pool which is only like 10ft deep so whatever. The fishing and pissing thing is actually really useful to know though, I frequently drink with a buddy when we go fishing in a rowboat.

It's Independace day here so I have a full day off work, I'll have a beer dedicated to the fallen Finns and Poles who died doing what they do best - pissing in public and drinking.

>if this island provide you with everything you need
which is never going to happened
Taiwan has its limit,

>most of the population is staying in Taiwan
yes, but thing might get different if annexation from china continue

Where would those people go if China annex?

Hell

China or English country like USA, Canada or Australia

I'm drinking my coffee.

...

...

another one when we were close to implode

whats life like there right now?
like the media shows it as if everyone is literally starving to death in the streets, is it that bad? i kinda doubt it since there isnt all that much violence that they show yet

Cool :D

is it from your home?

Pic from not exactly my outside, but a general view of my town. I think it's the best photo I ever take (totally randomly) so I like it very much

Yes. Is this you?

It literally is as they show it. Having 3 meals a day is a luxury

yes

It's a nice picture. This is one of my recent pictures, and I'm happy about it.

...

Taking this picture made me uncomfortable.

Man your pic is god tier

You held out a tripod, r-right?

That could easily be mistaken as Northern America

But there's no skyscrapers and pickup trucks

>took this photo the day before yesterday

With what a potato?

not him
but there are no skyscrapers in rural america
and you probably have pick-up trucks
at least i saw google street views wit RVs and ATVs just like you see here. you are basically america (i mean that is good, i am complimenting you)

I'm just joking lad. Yeah North America has some god-tier nature. We do here as well, it's basically what we're known for. That and nobel peace prize, I guess.

yeah some good nature for sure
but not even close to yours
nothing beats norwegian nature

My sister is doing a one month trip to USA right now, she will see "everything", and be flying over grand canyon and over rocky mountains in a chopper among other things. I'm bummed out that I'm not with her. She's in California right now though, so all I've seen from her photos is cloudy and misty san francisco.

She should check out the Lost Coast.

You are all fags

Cool. If you love nature, California is pretty awesome actually. The ocean, wild life, lakes, mountains, deserts, national parks with huge trees etc. But you need at least a week to see it all.

...

How about washington?

Cant beat the pacific northwest for its natural beauty

You mean Washington state? Mountains, parks, hiking etc. I've been to Seattle area and even there nature is pretty awesome. Google Olympic national park. We camped there for a few days. It literally looks like this. Magical forest right on the Pacific coast.

Which state would you say has the most god-tier nature?

Hmm, it is subjective but I would say Pacific North West. So Washington. Ocean is cold though. But you are probably used to it :D

Our summer temperature in the water is about 10 degrees. I'm used to it, desu.

Washington is cool for nature. The forests are literally classified as rain forests, but it's not your stereotypical rain forest like in Africa or South America. It's cold and has plants everywhere - but rains n' shit I guess.

...

...

I don't know. Fuck the desert so the southwest is out. Permanent snow can be boring....

I might actually go with Montana or as he said Washington is very unique and cool. But it rains ALOT

...

shithole city

...

colorado, dakotas, wyoming, idaho > montana

...

Makes me want to travel to Ukraine and live in amazing hotels that are forced to be cheap.
