it is death/doom, it's arguably the best death/doom album. Just like real melodic death metal doesnt called itself that, the same can be said for death/doom. The whole album features slower parts, as well as occasional blast beats. After this album Fleshcrawl started doing Swedish inspired death metal (Carnage/Dismember) which was also good.
