If I were in your position OP I'd probably black out from anger. If you do manage to recover it, back it all up asap. I have a pleb size music collection in comparison but I still back it up because holy shit the thought of losing it all hurts so bad scares me even though I've never had hard drive malfunctions or any terrible loss of data before.
