ITT: forgotten albums of 2017

...

soon

It was terrible tho
How do you go from Plastic Beach, a gorgeous and chill album to this terrible compilation of the worst collabs to do...

...

Discovered this by accident the other day
liked it

how do you go from demon days to plastic beach

We waz humanz

how do you go from their debut album to demon days

How do you go from 13 to their debut album?

you improve a huge amount, the first album was not good, it had 2 bangers on it, the rest was throw away stuff

Actually it was Think Tank to S/T, which wasn't a huge leap. Blur was practically Gorillaz without any turntables or black people at that point

by starting to make good music

the fact that this wasn't good still hurts me today

I liked the song with Danny Brown. The rest was forgettable

that album was decent though, though thundercat doesn't have a vocal following because they aren't raging faggots

Gorillaz is for fagz

I have listened to a bunch of new records, I tried to do 1 a day. I fell short about 50 or so. But 99% of the albums I will never revisit or even think of again outside of seeing them in my RYM.

New as in 2017, to be clear

Gorillaz is overrateeeeed
