he's objectively a terrible orator, these pre-written speeches don't suit him at all. He works better without a script in a rally environment. But obviously he can't do that when making foreign addresses.
The actual content of the speech and the fact that he made Poland his second official foreign visit as President is what is good.

Well, he was very well received here even before his last speech, it also seems that some people around him are better oriented in our region than it was in former administrations, eg. Obama cancelled our missile defense deal signed by Bush jr. on the 17th September. It's an anniversary of the Soviet invasion on Poland in 1939 and of course he destroyed our relationship much more than by simply cancelling the deal and this wasn't the only example.

If it were France or the UK, it might be passable, but nobody fucking knows or talks about Poland here apart from "Oh, my grandfather came from there!" or something.
