*deletes welcome to bangkok*

*deletes welcome to bangkok*
ah its perfect

*deletes sister ray*
10/10

*deletes all of the instrumentals*
now it's perfect

implying they arent better than the actual songs

>*deletes welcome to bangkok*
thats literally the best song
fuc outta here
should have been the intro imo

>stomps OP in the nuts
Aaahhhh much better

how is it the best song you can barely hear it
the album would be better off without it,i can see the idea behind it but that doesnt mean its not shit

only autistic hipsters fishing for street cred will claim the instrumentals on Low (or Heroes for that matter) are better than the tracks with vocals

>deletes grandloves

>how is it the best song you can barely hear it
????

i claim that because bowie's singing is overrated and the only reason his legacy is the way it is today is the marketing machine behind him

It incorporates a brutal dynamic shift between lyric-free soft instrumentation and the harshest noise they've ever offered as a band. What can you not hear? Your description makes it sound monotone when it definitely isn't.

fuck you

I dont like it because it comes after 6 perfect songs and it ruins the entire flow of the album for me

I claim that the earth is flat and OP is not a faggot; I guess we are both wrong.

>Implying Welcome to Bangkok isn't the best song on the album
>Implying you shouldn't delete Archers because it has no business being on this album

the lyrics on archers are pretty shit but i like the music

No. It's a pop-punk song that has no place in TDAG. It's so out of place and breaks the rhythm of an otherwise flawless piece of work.

>implying 'cause the god I believe in never worked on a campaign trail' isn't one of the best moments on the album

>Impligityplying that anything can top the lyrics in Limousine or You Won't Know

bad opinion get out

Wowee this thread is just full of bad opinions.

I havent listened to much pop punk outside of Green day but i still liked the track

i didnt mean the lyrics exclusively i meant that part of the song
but is kind of a good point, i like the track but know it's nothing substantial

It really isn't that musically different from other energetic and slightly poppy tracks like "Millstone" and "Not the Sun". It still has a lot of the album's trademarks: strange use of reverb which makes the instruments sound distant despite their loudness, screeching guitar, and multi-tracked vocals by Jesse that combine low mumbling and high yelling. It sounds completely appropriate for the rest of the album despite having a strong resemblance to some of the Deja Entendu stuff.

You're a fucking moron.

I love u man. It's a christmas miracle. I can love again

excellent post

Kys

The lyrics are p cool though

Order your daughters to ignore me, think that will sort me
And sweep me under the rug
You're beating with a book everyone
That book tells you to love

Atleast he didn’t say he can’t hear the loudest noise explosion on the album

You'd really delete that over Handcuffs?

ok but
on a real note
delete batter up

That was a pretty big disappointment being the last track of their last album. Should've just put in Out of Range on the end even if it doesn't fit thematically.

The most correct opinion of the thread. I like the song well enough honestly but not as a closer to an album that flows so well otherwise. I almost always stop listening after Archers and it's the same thing off Batter Up on SF especially since 451 is a fantastic climax.

*rearranges album to start from welcome to bangkok and loop back around to sowing season, thus ending on you won't know*
ah its perfect

>what is Not the Sun

anyway fuck you Archers is one of the best on the album
