how can i get kontakt or loungelizard or onmisphere for free since i dont plan on making money on this shit anyway. im bored with my daw and vsts
Ian Flores
demenoid my dude
Luis Martin
holy fuck demonoid is back up. ive been gone too long
Oliver Taylor
broken laptop poorfag here, still depressed from being unable to make music
ive been trying to make shit with my phone but there arent any good apps. Caustic is kinda good to use but it still has its shitty aspects such as being unable to use fucking samples in it
considering resorting to buying a tape recorder and fucking with it to make weird ambient stuff
I can make a mega but Im not trying to get b& again
Dominic White
i just got unbanned so i understand. thanks anyway. if you post a mega link to your next album, i'd grab that 'instead' :^) then you can delete your post
Carter Richardson
Is this a joke? Demonoid died years ago along with oinks pink palace...right?
thanks my dude! thats my newest after taking a break for a few months for work i actually just got a letter from my ISP this week and they're throttling any p2p because i downloaded blade runner 2049
Jayden Mitchell
anyone know where to find a torrent of omnisphere for windows?
Christopher Sanders
Snare sounds dull, could use a high end bump. It's also a little boxy sounding so I'd cut a bit somewhere around 200-250hz
Matthew Moore
been doing this for a day so im new as fuck to this but it would be good to hear some thoughts
i got one off the piratebay, kind of a pain in the ass though
Easton Hughes
you have a link? I couldn't find one that wasn't just a patcher.
Justin Edwards
How can I make it as a Hip-Hop producer?
Luis Murphy
Thanks for the tip. The drums need the most work I think, and they should also be a little louder in the mix.
Jayden Hughes
i could take this track and do a lot more with it, i dont know if youre planning on keeping it minimal but you could do a lot more with that. would sample/10
Samuel Torres
make something new every day for two years until you like your own music
Daniel Butler
hold up im making a mega with shit for you guys
Parker Ross
Sling in a fabfilter pack if you can. I was going to buy the proQ2 but lost my job in Oct and have been surviving off my credit card since so a bit too skint to buy it right now
Easton Clark
Nice little idea. I think this could benefit from some panning and eq. That bass sample thing takes up a lot of room
Isaac Cooper
Hey guys I got some good feedback in the last thread and just wanted a rate on this mix/track its meant for someone to rap/sing over
I'm digging this. I love the panning on those synth glide things. Only thing I can possibly critique is that the kick sounds really boomy but I can understand that if the kick is trying to fill in for a bass as well.
This is good too feels like biosphere crossed with aphex twin
Jacob Gutierrez
>clyp.it/tuzcnfxl dude take that fucking wu-tang sample off and you have a nice ass fucking track. why'd you add that??? it sounds nice as fuck without it, especially the beginning. i was moving straight away. i feel like this is a troll track because of the cream sample. i could spit to this one. the only suggestion i would make would be to add more to the melody in the first half to compete with the second half, which is more groovy. nice one though hmmmm yeah thats power rangers alright yeah i felt like slapping the turkish delights from my gf's hand while i was listening (she got me those for christmas because she likes them more than me). not bad for a sad one
Samuel Lewis
ty:) , think I will try to build on it in some way. feel free to sample it this has a neat buildup, i like it
Gabriel Sullivan
if you're and i was planning on sampling (hint this is what you could do) i'd strip the snare roll and start off with hats, then snare (no roll) then kick/sub 808 if you wanna make a hip hop track. i really do like it and i believe you could make it even better with a bit more work. hat and snare rolls are the last piece of percussion i normally do. im
>clyp.it/50kv12ul i like the sample more than the track mainly because the snare rolls are off-putting without any other percussion besides the kick. if you want to keep it minimal, add varying, lower velocity/panned rolls maybe even hats. keep working on it, has potential but it's not there yet
Aiden Perez
How long do you think these songs will stay up for user? I’m thinking of downloading a couple tomorrow so I can do a remix with the stems if that’s possible?
Christopher Butler
till they get taken down by someone other than me. I dont give a fuck or shit honestly...
Grayson Diaz
A new electro track I'm working on. Would appreciate to hear your thoughts so far.
I got a spooky 8-bit dungeon song. How does it sound? Spooky enough?
Aiden Nguyen
I am of spook'd.
Asher Morgan
No offense to the vocalist, but it would be nice to hear an instrumental version I can sink myself into.
Christopher Allen
Recorded and mixed my mate's vocals please r8 He has an Australian accent please do not discrimin8 clyp.it/b0lj455m
Alexander Martinez
I wonder how the snare would sound with some reverb.
Owen Morris
Nice and comfy. Vocal could use a little more presence, as well as panning the additional voices apart to give a more stereo effect.
David Anderson
Thanks. I'm just spreading the backup vocals with the Ozone stereoizer, might make it wider if /prod/ reckons. And I'll add more 12k-20k
Camden Wright
Fabfilter ProQ2
Xavier Perez
i'm sorry but i laughed when the vocals came in The accent doesn't tend to go well with this genre of music (although it does make your clip unique), but apart from that I like the synths in the background
Brandon Jones
can only find the osx
Adam Johnson
I thought this was going to be a Peep Show-related thread but it’s not and I’m disappointed.
Jackson Cox
Nobody is stopping you from posting Peep Show-related stuff.
who here noob as fuck? Also everyone always talks up Ableton but FL is like way easier for me to get around and actually do shit...
Cooper Sanders
Both are good. Use which ever DAW you feel compliments the work you do best. Learn about what sets them apart and decide which DAW is more appropriate for you.
Ethan Kelly
Most pros use ableton but the guys on youtube doing dubstep tutorials are all on FL...
Jace Carter
Yeah. But that's not to say that you couldn't do either one of those things in whichever DAW you wanted, what with the mega-yuuge selections of VST's and all that at your disposal.
Like I said. If you feel like you create dubstep really good in FL but feel like Ableton lacks the capabilities to do that then by all means, use FL for just that.
Tyler Kelly
How do you people record vocals?
Dylan Brown
I personally act very ambiguously around the local police until they decide to wiretap me, then when the evidence is made public, I just sample what they got, which is 541 takes of "My heart will go on" in phone quality.
Jack Cooper
Mac OS X is fine
Samuel Mitchell
>an apple product is "fine"
Jaxon Ward
No need to be like that. I have an Apple computer soo
Bentley Bennett
A WareZ release of the FabFilter Total Bundle came out a few days ago. It should be inside it.
Add this magnet to your torrent client, deselect all the files before you start downloading, and select the bundle (and everything else you want): magnet:?xt=urn:btih:373C55F4B7B19A2F74AA9FD215A63E618F37281F

How do I get/mix nice-sounding snare hits? I have a beat that I'm working on where everything sounds great but that, and I've tried a few different sounds and they all either sound weak or too low in the mix to stand out
Charles Kelly
Also how do I mix tracks in general All my music sounds like shit because I cant into audio engineering wtf help me I have no idea what's going on
Noah Hernandez
>Also how do I mix tracks in general do it for like 6 years and you'll be okay at it
Justin Cox
How do YOU order your MIDI knobs?
Austin Rodriguez
I mostly use parametric EQ 2 to make sure everything has its own space, or frequency, so the sounds don't get all jumbled up and fuck up the distortion Download some drum packs from other producers on YouTube or just do a search for drum kits I couldn't figure out how to grab the magnets from Warez and gave up. They have a lot of good shit on there too :/ Was waiting for someone to post this classic
Here it is again: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:373C55F4B7B19A2F74AA9FD215A63E618F37281F

step 1 download deluge
step 2 click add torrent
step 3 add url and paste the magnet
????
Gabriel Rogers
Fuck I was thinking about this audio blog or some shit called audioz. But they post all kinds of useful stuff there but I don't know how to grab it
Caleb Green
You have to find the peeplink links (the main one is behind a captcha, and if there are mirrors, they're below), which contain the actual download links. It's not torrent though (filesharing websites), so it's a bit slow and they go down after a while.
Sorry if I made my post confusing, but I got confused with AudioZ too and capitalized warez that way kek.

Do you guys violently shake your heads over your desktop when you produce?
Jeez if they'd shown us this in '95 and said 'this is what 2017's gonna look like' we would have laughed in their faces. All these fake, cheesy electro sounds were incredibly dated and embarrassing then, in 1995. The robotically strict timing is even worse and inhuman.
