Probably referring to China and the South China Sea island dispute. Dragon refers to China (Chinese Dragon). Water refers to the sea.

Two peoples/cultures are genocided? If we're going by the "Islamic conquest" route, it could be Christians and Jews. Could also refer to two figures who tell the truth amidst lies, or something similar.

The seven hills refers to Rome, which is built on seven hills. "A rock" could refer to a Pope who isn't a coward and will take action, unlike Francis. Likewise "a rock" could refer to Islam [Dome of the Rock], signifying an Islamic conquest of Rome. Rock might also link in with Matthew 16:18.

Refers to the Ravens of the Tower of London who, if they die or fly away, will signify the monarchy and Britain will fall.
