What does Sup Forums think of this? Season 2 tonight.

Friendly reminder that bad guys won.

Thought it was tomorrow night?

>bad guys
thats subjective

Now I have become anti-Trump propaganda, destroyer of worlds

What happened in the first season?

Just kind of slowly set the scene. Interesting premise, lot of talking, decent tension. Then an end of season cliffhanger that hits you in the dick.

Go read the book. Its actually written like an alternate history. Infinitely better than this muh resistance bullshit.

nothing to see here
move on
go read the book

So is Jap guy in our timeline still or was he sent back? I'll only watch if it's the former.

Just about watchable. I'll give it a couple more episodes to see if they've worked out some of the bugs the first season had.

reading is for faggots

This. The book also focuses less on some resistance and more on the fact that almost everybody has accepted the new status quo. Antique shop owner Mr. Childan both resents and aspires to be respected by the Japanese occupiers. Frank Frink recalls how he had buried a cache of weapons and planned to fight the occupation years later, but the passage of time ate away at his resolve and he couldn't bring himself to hate the new generation of young Japanese who had nothing to do with the war. That's a far more interesting idea than this Red Dawn bullshit and is also more realistic. This is how the Germans and Japanese felt after their defeat in WWII.

Its tomorrow night user. Today is the 15th, its showing the 16th

I regret watching the first season.

no its not, its true.

t. bad guy

Same...16th?

I am not planning on giving the show (or the book) a chance because of how absurd and masturbatory the concept is.

Based Hitler.

Book is unfinished isn't it?

Isn't this show made by Jews?

Agreed. The one Nazi guy (Smith?) being based as fuck got me through the show

There is an uncompleted sequel Dick wrote years later and was never published until after he died. I would ignore it doesn't add anything and the original novel's open ending works well for that kind of story.

I stopped watching this when it showed the Hausfrau was secretly unhappy. Fuck that shit.
