Bill Willson is a young hotheaded CIA agent. He's so eager to get into battle he self-nicknames himself "CIA".

Bill Willson is small, gay, and short tempered. It's rreally hard for such a small and gay guy as him to work with and llive among tall, buff, big straight guys who aren't shy on pulling little sexual innuendo-filled pranks on him.

His usual life of frustration and masturbation is interruped when once suddenly his life is interruped by a storm of plance parts and debris whirls around in his tiny Edinburg apartment, wrecking everything in its way.

WHen the storm settles, bewildered BIll finds a weak, dying body - his older self - who mutters one tiny word before closing his eyes forever.

A boy falls in love with a girl.

Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.

But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn't exist in this universe at all. She is the girl's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.

Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

After getting the 「Big Guy」power in Westeros, CIA sets off to find more power to take his revenge against Bane. Using his newfound 「Big Guy」power he summons a grail and asks him to upgrade his 「Flight Plan」to「Flight Plan Requiem」, in return CIA must participate in the Grail War as one of the servants and win. Little does he know, that the war he is now part of takes place in the parallel universe, where CIA is still young and only discovering his 「Flight Plan」ability, while also participating in the Grail War with Smee as a Saber class servant. Events turn ugly, after young dr. Pavel reveals himself, controlling a powerful unknown servant of great power and height.

「Flight Plan」- a「stand」that prevents it's user from all types of falls, both physical and methaphorical. CIA survived the plan scene with the power of this stand, by being teleported by it to Westeros, along with Smee and Maymen.
「Big Guy」- CIA's new ability, which allows him to become bigger and stronger than his opponent. But he has to declare his opponent by saying "4U" at him for the ability to work. There are no limitations to this ability, and it's is essentially an early form of spiral energy control.

Genuine question about the plane scene hear. Why did CIA trust the hired guns to not say that they hadn't been shot? He didn't know they wouldn't speak.

Basically an aftermath of the Plane Scene showing that CIA survived and is trying to get back home. Other people's stories point to a conspiracy stranger than fiction that, if revealed to the public, may have world-shattering effects.

Though, against this chaotic backdrop, a real answer may be given to those just willing to listen... to listen to something far greater than all of them.

A everyday CIA agent is caught up in the wrong crowd and ends up in the middle of the wilderness after an incident involving a plane, an undercooked flight plan, and a mysterious masked big-guy.

Meanwhile, a new villain emerges in Central City: The Hothead, and what CIA learns about in the depths of the wilderness makes him the only man who can get him out of there.

Survival movie, where CIA and Juan both survive.
Juan is rendered helpless by the crash, but CIA knows he can't survive without Juan's help, so he slowly gains his trust by bonding over their dissatisfaction with their height.
They slowly realise they're not so different, and Juan respects CIA's dedication to his mission, eventually helping him to Bane's pit, where they encounter Bruce Wayne, who has just climbed out.

Juan is conflicted over the seeming betrayal, but CIA reminds him that helping his enemy makes him the bigger guy, morally speaking.

The film ends with Bruce, Selina, Juan and CIA flying off into the sunset
