you know they're going to inevitably add him then proceed to fuck it up.
Based Jensen Ackles. I hope he gets to be in the DCEU as either Red Hood or Nightwing.

Is Sup Forums still not done sucking the cock of 5 dollar cartoons? Warner Bros is too cheap to even do Killing Joke justice. Fuck off to Sup Forums you idiot autism boy.
It is good, far and away the best DC animated film. Better than most live action capeshit too. Stoked to see the extended Batfam in Affleckinos.
>Warner Bros is too cheap to even do Killing Joke justice.
What does this even mean? I didnt see it, and would want to, as the comic is fine as is. No need to translate it to animation and pad it out and stuff, but what's the "cheap" implication here? If only they'd spent more it'd be better or something?

There's a fan edit that changes the scene order so the Red Hood background is given at the end. It's better, but I like the original too
>If only they'd spent more it'd be better or something?
Exactly. What other excuse is there for it looking so shitty? You think they're burning mountains of money for these end results? Go look at Bolland's Killing Joke artwork. Then go look at Timm's Killing Joke movie. Why are you acting aloof? These WB cartoons are always rigid and look like a toddler drew them.
The animation on it looks cheap as fuck, and also they added a bunch of terrible content that seems like it was meant to make the treatment of Barbara in the story less sexist but actually made it way, way more sexist.
Under the Red Hood is okay at best. The only Batman animations really worth talking about are Mask of the Phantasm and maybe TDKR.

I'm not acting aloof, It was a vague statement which you clarified and I agree with to some extent. The animation does look awful, a pale imitation of the source material. At least, in the few i've seen. Miller-esque, Bolland-esque but not really, a bootleg amalgam. So yeah, if they looked closer to source material they could be better, but it's the medium itself too. They are inherently watered down when they make the switch to animation. The story-board like media of comics, with each static panel or layout frozen in time makes them what they are.
Having said that, The Red Hood flick had ok animation, but a fairly strong story to carry it.
you posted the wrong pic, senpai
