>best album from the original templates
what that means

also yeah it's good

IT

i assume he means before they went to shit ie caterpillar decibals

>doesn't enjoy the insect music
>doesn't like the paint boys

i didnt know how to word it lol but this album use to be in the original mu core

you're not allowed to like animal collective on Sup Forums anymore. unless maybe it's STGSTV.

(it's ok user, I still like them too)

only memer faggots say that

i still cant believe the production level of this album

>only memer faggots say that
where do you think you are

are you sayin youre a memer faggot too

dont succumb to it

The first anco song I ever heard was My Girls.
I hated it. Neglected this band for a long time because of it.
Eventually I listened to Feels and now they're one of my favorite bands.

I've come to appreciate MPP more with time. For some reason this was the only 2deep one for me. Still don't really like My Girls very much.

fuck you you memer faggot

you got to give mpp another listen, i always come back to this album

I still listen to it from time to time. A lot of it has grow on me but a few songs (My Girls, Lion in a Coma, ... ) don't really sit well with me.

I think Taste and Daily Routine are two of their best songs overall though

>he finds the sounds of bug jingles soothing
>he rolls in ecstasy over the watercolour wankers
I bet you also enjoyed the redman cometh

yeah man i have taste on repeat right now lol something about that song gets to me. i saw them live and they put a hell of a show too, dont like the direction they went after mpp though

What do you have against the Cherokee Arrival?

Did you see that they played Sung Tongs live recently?
Pitchfork put it on their youtube page if you want to check it out.
The first part of the set honestly wasn't that great but once they get into it it's fucking magical. Probably the only live performance of Kids on Holiday I like.
The also play Covered in Frogs and Prospect Hummer

man propect summer has always been a fav of mind can you link it to me? there old stuff were so good at creating an atmosphere

Great album. But upon several listens, Strawberry Jam is better.

>dont like the direction they went after mpp though

Painters EP is pretty good though.

r u me

Their EPs are always just short, better versions of the associated LP

yes

What the fuck is with this captcha it takes like ten fucking minutes

I kinda stopped listening to anco on my own but they're one of my favorite bands to see live, especially on their most recent tour

MPP is so lifeless compared to everything theyve done before. People ride them off as this 'woa dude acid' band but they were so much more.

The vocal on MPP makes it really lifeless to me too

Wait what MPP it's the last album I'd connect with drugs, I actually love it exactly becauae it sounds so energetic, cheerful and healthy

Why does Lion in a Coma get so much hate? Personally i think its catchy and just as good as most other songs on the album.

This album is almost 10 years old

>best album from the original templates
I would hearty agree with that statement, together with neutral meme hotel and microphones, these 3 albums were to first albums Sup Forums introduced to me back in 2012, with nmh being the first and mpp the second one I heard.

DEAR BOY GROWN, YOU'VE GOT A REAL GOOD SHOT...

>turns on track 1 of STGSTV
My ears are fucking bleeding, please explain the appeal of harsh noise again?

>DUDE CHAOS LMAO
that what other anons told me but i still listen to harsh noise sometimes

stop pls

turn it down dude

I will never really like Panda Bear's voice but there's no doubt they're all extremely good musicians.

STGSTV isn't even harsh outside of Untitled. the first track has some high frequencies but they are melodic, and April and the Phantom only has a 10 second burst of noise. you are a pussy and you're impatient. you're not going to get anywhere with music if sound scares you so much.

yeah me too, nice to see someone appreciate it

>PLEASE DONT LEAAAAAVE ME
>THINGS THAT FEEEEEEEL GOOD

Lion in a Coma is amazing

I remember I liked it but I haven’t listen to it since 2013
