Yeah The Vulture is a lame villain and hard to translate to film. Should have went with Kraven and Calypso.
In all honesty,I don't see how this guy would cause problems in Avengers world. Spiderman alone is powerful enough,but with Stark,he would annihilate him. At best Vulture is a henchman.
