What this article is saying is that the number of women who say they were raped in college is far higher than the number of rapes reported in college. If false reports were common, then this would be the other way around. The two possible conclusions are that the college rape rate has sharply plummeted in the last couple years, proving that feminists were successful, or that rape victims are staying quiet about what was done to them while they are in college.
