Fuck out of here. Young Thug, Future, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, and countless other rappers make incredible music for doing that same thing. No reason Post Malone should be excused for making complete trash music that bites off of every other rapper.

That being said I like the dude as a person and I have faith that he could make a really good album, but most of his songs have been pretty bad to this date. Rockstar is honestly the most overrated rap song of the past year.
