Although they didn't completley rip off the sound of AIC, they stole the logo, the name of their band is an AIC song, and Sully tries to do the same harmonizing as layne
This is one of their obvious offenses youtu.be

Thats good song tho user
Alice in Chains was a great band, so naturally some rip offs will sound great

Growing up, AIC were my absolute favorite and the reason I even picked up a guitar. So evidently we sound a bit like them (though it isn't exactly intentional)
If Creed are the biggest Pearl Jam knock offs and Bush the biggest Nirvana rip offs Godsmack are the biggest AiC knock offs
Not bad user
>alice in chains
>good
Name a bad AIC song with layne
Hard mode: It cant be iron gland
Everything from jar of flies
>inB4 wrong
Of course you alice fagboys would deny anyways. No point in arguing, especially if it's true.
Even I Stay Away? Be honest
Bad b8
Some songs from second half of Facelift like Put You Down and Confusion are pretty eh
Not an argument.
gayest post on Sup Forums
>Bush the biggest Nirvana rip offs
>he hasn't heard Seether and Puddle of Mudd
>alice in soy fan
>not gay
confusion is a great song desu
>listens to nirvana
Completely acoustic and totally different vocal style with very little (if any) harmonization, and I'll dare to say that Travis Meeks had way more talent than any single person in AIC.
>Travis Meeks had way more talent than any single person in AIC
thems fightin' words
thanks user
I remember a few months back you posted your band here. Just gotta say you guys sound fucking awesome and if you ever do a tour in the midwest (around Ohio or Michigan) I'm definitely going to a show. Keep it up.
You know a band is great when even their most blatant imitators can be worth listening to.
I'm conflicted here. The song and performances are genuinely good. But the video is fucking cringey as shit. It's like this kid's dad and uncles forced him to learn to sound like Layne and be in their AIC cover band.
>One thinks Bush is the biggest Nirvana rip offs
>The other one thinks it's Seether and Puddle of Mudd
>Haven't heard Silverchair

Although I love both Grunge and Post-Grunge, so I have no problem with ''imitators''.
The kid can sing. Like damn...
Do you mean Pantera are a AIC ripoff? Really?
literally all post grunge
AiC were a Melvins ripoff anyway.
