After seeing the response of the leftist media and west in general to the shooting recently, all I can really say is just let them do what they want.
They don't realize that banning guns isn't going to solve the issue of terrorism, and that this has everything to do with Islam. They think this is the result of intolerance and homophobia from a random guy who was able to buy a gun. Their mentality is just avoiding the issue because facing it directly will destroy and disintegrate their safe-space view of the world, where islam is always peaceful and that these are just random occurrences that can be prevented through love and gun control.
By letting them do what they want, we're just letting them kill themselves. By letting in more refugees and accepting islam (or just ignoring it), these attacks will grow in number and intensity each time. Their view on the world won't be shattered by us, but by a bullet entering their skull after a group of muslims decide to go on a shooting in the name of allah.
The only thing I want more than Islam to be destroyed, is to see the people who support and defend it having to suffer the consequences of doing so. Let them realize that they were in fact wrong about everything, and let them suffer from their decisions, or let them suffer in ignorance.
Let us watch their faces when they realize we were only trying to save them.

My only solace is that the Internet records all things forever, and that future generations in this and other places will see our folly and recount it.
