Frankly I'm beginning to agree with them more and more. Especially Pegg, except replace "capitalist" with "globalist".

Really, look at these useful idiots, infantilized retards suckling from the teat of low denominator pop entertainment, and they look around in bafflement and wonder why women have all turned away from white men and becoming radicalized feminists or coal burners.

Here, have a cake.

>using Simon Pegg of all people

holy shit lol tip tip

Everyone always hates on this story as Big Mean Ol' Alec hating fun, but think about it, a TWELVE year old bursting into tears because of his muhvies? Yeah, that IS a problem, and what it deserves sure isn't coddling.

simon pegg is an enormous faggot

They're right you know. If an adult says they're into Star Wars I instantly think less of them.

world building has ruined fantasy, thanks Tolkien.

I love how this pasta never fails to make plebs butthurt.

World building is a means to an end, it's there to set up a story. Modern numanchildren now seek to use the overwhelming amount of worldbuilding fantasy to replace their own emotionally crippled reality. It's escapism, and it's not healthy, for the individual or for society.

>Jodorowsky
can suck by balls

the old communist pleb who pretends to not be because he wrote a shiton of useless and untalented boring esays. there are so many authors out there that with only one book gave a better message.

This post is ironic since Rogue One is the first Star Wars that shows war as a human tragedy where people lose their lives instead of merely a theatre for mythic struggle between simplistic good and evil, and the first Star Wars where the main characters aren't superheroes.

True capitalism is globalist in nature.

Economic nationalism is nothing but socialism in disguise.

Can I agree but also interject that for a fun distraction, I'm a fan of star wars?

See all these reddit tier posts about people getting teary eyed at scenes, makes me scratch my head. But for a saturday afternoon movie, it was fun.

Hol up hol up
Wasn't Simon Pegg in the new startreck? Now he talks shit on nerd culture?

They're right you know, yet another invention to pacify men

Alan Moore is the most accurate. The modern world is too scary. I'm not well equipped to face it and it is because the previous generation failed to teach me properly. You can't blame the kids when they all turn out bad, you have to blame the parents for failing them.

He was in the force awakens too

You know what they say
He who fights monsters should beware least he become one

I only watch mature movies for mature people like myself

Good Sci fi is about hope. And a healthy society should always be dreaming about its potential future

the movie was pretty cool

8/10

solid connection to IV

This. I love Jyn and Cassian

When will you shilling fucks leave? when the movie exploitation will be over? please leave and kill yourself already...

>solid connection to IV
You mean 1?

Why can't we like movies on a movie forum?

>solid connection to IV
I actually think this was the main failing of the film. They were so focused on hitting all the narrative points required to build up to Episode IV that they had no time left to do decent characterization. The characters spent too much time telling you what their arc was supposed to be and not enough time actually traveling it. It got a bit better towards the end but I think it was hurt pretty badly by the first hour or so.

Alan Moore is on point

>a guy who built his career on nerd culture and is a star wars fan
>a guy who never starred in any good movie
>a guy famous for his horror stuff, which is the plebbest of things
>an ok guy
>meme director
>a guy who reads tarots and believes in psychomagic
>a guy who thinks he is a wizard

Yeah, I am convinced now.

> I shit on the United States

What did he mean by this?

>a TWELVE year old bursting into tears because of his muhvies?

No. It was because fucking Obi Wan told him to stop watching Star Wars!

But I agree that tearing up over that at the age of 12 is ridiculous. I feel like I would have just laughed.

>"Superman makes me vomit, Batman and all of that. That whole empire... this religion... It is so important that superheroes suffer... I don't give a damn, I shit on the United States."

>I love Jyn and Cassian

What was there to love? I enjoyed the movie ok but found the characters, especially Cassian, to be pretty dull overall. He had a solid introduction and was fleshed out a bit. But nothing substantial. He was just a dude doing his job. There was no charm.

The ironing is that pegg shills out TFA

>I shit on the United States.

I dunno how any white males can enjoy American nerd culture at this point it's been co-opted by feminists and ethnic minorities

Exactly
Man children refusing to grow up need to die
Fucking retards

How many threads do we need on this pile of dogshit?

you have no idea what globalism is, you god damn retard.

HELLO MANCHILDREN

When you grow up, you should put away your toys.
