This is one of 3 things:

a.) a fake leak by the MSM as more anti-trump ammunition that makes their bullshit appear authentic as "official confidential" material

b) A planned leak by the DNC to basically illicit the same outcome as above

c) Is actually real, in which case the DNC is just very horribly prepared.
