its like buying a gun at any other FFL, you fill out the form and the guy behind the counter runs a background check on their computer. it takes 5 minutes and is automatically checked at the state and federal level wherein the FFL is given an order to Approve, Hold or Refuse the firearms sale.
background checks dont take days or weeks to complete, you just happen to live in a cuck state that seems to think you need a "cool off" period before getting your hands on your guns.

The background checks were literally within 30 seconds every time because I am cleaner than Mr. Clean. For one gun, the time between him giving the order number and name to the alphabet agency for them to run the check and the reply giving the A-OK was literally 3 seconds. Not even kidding there.
