Almost all days in summer, spring and early autumn are sunny here (or with great puff clouds). Truly grey sky days are only those of late autumn and winter. Anyway you can still google "Ukraine nature winter" or "Ukraine nature late autumn". Nature in Ukraine is a thing of the least concern.
