I think it's a bit too reliant on old tropes. It's not that it's badly written, it's that the few moments that sound cool (the almost krauty bridge, the tiny noise barrage in the middle) are surrounded by generic polish coldwave.
Subrupture is great. It's a bit too much like Flat Worms, in my opinion, and so I'm just sat here hoping for "CITY OF ANGELS, CALIFORNIA" to be shouted lmao. It's not a bad mixture, garage rock and noise rock, but if you're going for sugary riffs and a wall of sound, maybe add smth more to the pallet. The other tracks aren't quite as wonderful tho.
