How much is your rent?
How much is your rent?
299€/month
Why is California so expensive?
>dont even live in SF, bay area, tahoe, or Sacramento
>still in red area
ITS NOT FAIR
About $120 lmao
>Detroit
What the fuck?
Minneapolis is not necessarily $1593. I have a one bedroom in downtown with a pretty nice view for $850
~$1400 a month
$300 with heat, water and 100/100 uncapped Internet.
130 € a month
It's being redeveloped.
>3300 US dollary doos a month
what the fucking fug
that's like a downtown penthouse in Vancouver which is supposed to be way too expensive
800 USD, 1 bedroom. such is life in commiefornia
Does Vancouver have the Google bus? Bland little Victorian buildings? The worst bum community in the world, both in numbers and in amounts of grief they cause? Yeah, didn't think so, you country yob. Go milk your cow or something, city glamor clearly ain't your thing.
>New York
>$2376
I paid rent $4100 for the manhattan one bedroom 2 yrs ago desu
I have a hovel at 719$/mo. I am expecting it to continue gentryfying (suddenly I empathize with black people's long-term plight) and I can walk outside and have a basic view of downtown MPLS.
I am exactly where I want to be in the world, and will not go elsewhere unless forced by circumstances.
230 a week for a tiny one room shithole.
Baby Boomers need to all fuck off and die already.
Free, the army gibs us free housing, electricity, water, gardener, cleaner and cook. Feels good
>being a rentcuck
700€ per month
450$/month for one room
Including gas and internet
Yeah my neighborhood, Elliot park is gentrifying too. I guess I'm one of the gentry.
these apartments are cheaper than detroit. its a mostly white neighbourhood consisting of young professionals and young families and theres tons of services including lots of shops and a metro station nearby. america is truly third world. it is only tolerable for the rich.
OP's pic is not accurate, or is at least misleading. You can find very cheap places in Detroit. It's not exactly clear what the prices refer to.
cheap, shared is about $800 a month
"cheap", one room is wayyyy more. This is annoying because I have had bad experiences with housemates due to being a loner so I'm back at home, but would rather live alone
100 euros
700 for a two bedroom
>you will literally never own a house in the shithole city known as melbourne
fuck gentrification and fuck baby boomers
I'd rather live in a run down, overpriced, derelic shithole than live with other people. So I do.
Honestly I fucking can't stand the cunts. Last xmas a relo was telling me about a pension scheme in his line of work which had massive union push to get set up then after the cunts were retiring, they went out of their way to undo it all. He was explaining to me that all these old cunts are being paid a pension equivalent to 80% of their pay before they retired, for life. These old cunts are being given more money for doing nothing than my uncle earns for a 36 hour week.
Silly greedy old cunts have fucked this country up with their voting block ability and being pandered to. There is going to be a breaking point and someone will end up going all allah snackbar and blow up an Aldi on a busy pension day morning.
Also, kek: twitter.com
fuck people
>he didn't dare to shave his balls
I can't speak for the bay area, but ``Los Angeles'' rent isn't as bad as the picture makes it out to be.
Los Angeles is literally an entire county made up of suburban sprawl. You can live in any of the neighboring cities--Compton (lel, but it's getting better. Honest.), Long Beach, whatever. The neighboring cities are all connected by metro, so it only takes like 40 minutes tops to get from the outer reaches to downtown LA.
The rent around the cities can be as low as $500 (according to my friend who rents multiple buildings and sets single room units at that price) or as high as $1000
How exactly did they calculate those prices? Average of area? Adjusted for floor area? Adjusted for income?
You moved to Kiev?
What's up with that place? There's so many tech companies there.
2914 Kronor or 354 Dollars/ month for my apartment.
>3 rooms
>full size kitchen
>bath with sauna
>balcony and sea view
>parking lot with heated garage
740 but my parents have lived in this house for decades, if they didnt the rent would be 1300
t. nyc
how long until hipsters start moving into Detroit and gentrifying it?
Looks like overpowered union woes aren't unique to America. That's pretty satisfying to hear.
>NYC
I gotta move there pretty soon, like in a month.
What the fuck do I do? I'm thinking White Plains.
Apparently finding rentals in New York is different from literally everywhere else in the country.
€450 for a tiny room near Amsterdam
>White Plains
thats upstate new york not NYC, probably cheaper there though Tbh
$200
I feel bad for Amerifats. My city is the same population of Detroit, with 1000000% less niggers, and I pay 1/5th as much.
430 dollars per month for my 4 bedroom apartment.
Electricity/fiber included in the rent.
I live in the north.
Used to live in Stockholm and payed 1200 bucks for a single room apartment...
10 years ago a 1 bedroom in a good area here was 800 and there was a cap on rent increase, now it's 1200 and no cap, this is one of the most expensive parts of canada and a bad area here mostly means there's a lot of traffic to go elsewhere
they already slowly are, but it's just the very downtown apartments
350 for 55m2
This can't be true, where do you live in Sweden?
Haparanda. The far north.
Holy fucking shit. That sounds like heaven.
Yeah but the walls separating your apartment units is paper tier and studios are the default size. Your houses are literally built to be torn down within two or three decades.
980 dollars/month for 2 bedroom in a newly built house.
On holiday here btw in Thailand. Am a student in the Netherlands, pay about 350 euros for a room of 25m2 with a faucet and that's it. Bathroom is shared with 6 others as is the kitchen.
live in an inherited house, bitch
Too bad you don't see the sun during 6 months
>living in literally ghost town
shoutlaughings :DDD see me in front of systembolaget and lets jerk each other off
200eur. I rent a room in a house. I don't know what an apartment would cost.
i live with my parents, so $0
>paying rent
>350 for 55m2
alter, wo denn?
> a 85m2/915 sq ft commie cell
> about $400
