Sauce

>inb4 Beatles even though they peaked in '66

Metallicas Death Magnetic from 2008 was better than the 3/4 albums before

...

Easy. Radiohead.

Radiohead

Death Magnetic is really good, like their 4th best. But Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, and Kill em All are better.

kendrick lamar

DAMN. was his magnum opus

Kanye West

His first 3 are his worst (still between 7-8.75/10) and Yeezus is his best followed by TLOP.
808's and MBDTF are tied

I love kurt cobain

He's closer to Courtney love honestly

Coltrane
Stevie Wonder started young so he had been in the music business nearly a decade when he started releasing masterpieces
Roy Orbison’s Mystery Girl is probably his most consistent album considering his early albums were mostly filler and a few great singles

Sup Forums will disagree with me, but Depeche Mode

my dude. DAMN is pure genius, better than TPAB.

agree with kendrick more cause I'm still willing to call TPAB a "later album"

Radiohead had what might be their closest to a 10 in '07, but went on an uninterrupted great streak from The Bends to Kid A that was probably unmatched in music to date

>pic related

Red Hot Chili Peppers.
BSSM, OHM, Californication, BTW, SA, IWY and The Getaway surpass pre Mother's Milk RHCP.

You are a fool

Bjork

Isn't that what I just said

I still think that In Rainbows is THE best Radiohead album. I know OKC and Kid A are their two holy albums but there probably isn't another album with 10 tracks which are absolutely fucking perfect in every way.

aphex twin. although all of his works are shit his earlier ones weren't as shit

>Stadium Arcadium
>I'm With You
>The Getaway
user, like 1/4 of stadium arcadium was any good. not to mention freaky styley is really good.

Super Extra Gravity and Long Gone Before Daylight are their best albums

La Dipsute.

Wildlife and Rooms of the House are masterpieces. Somewhere at the Bottom is annoying as fuck

Melt-Banana keeps getting better and better. If they ever record another LP I will lose my absolute shit.

Women

That may be so but it doesn't make me any less wrong

TLOP is really really bad, TCD was good tho

Blur
Talk talk

Hendrix

Lana Del Rey

Nah mate.
Give it another listen.
I thought it was okay at first but overtime it's really really grown on me.
The only track I would consider bad is the voice mail shit.
And it has almost as many highs as Yeezus does.
It's not consistent, but I think some of his all time best songs are on it.
It's extremely underrated.

TCD is good, a solid 8.5/10, but it's easily the most overrated kanye album after graduation.
He improved over time.

...

Green Day. Their early stuff is what I grew up on and it's still my favorite but they hit their creative peak starting around American Idiot.

thank god no one said sw**s

>protip. i cant.

Only because it's not that their later albums are better than their first, it's just their slightly less shit

no

this. No matter how ""better"" TPAB is considered thematically, DAMN remains much more memorable and fun

Death

You mean swans? Yeah their later stuff is great
this too

OM

Nah man.
The only memorable tracks off of damn are humble, god, and loyalty,
At least half of what's on TPAB is more memorable.
And quite frankly I just enjoy TPAB more.

The only advantage damn has is being an "easier" listen thanks to its length and lack of narrative

>The only memorable tracks off of damn are humble, god, and loyalty,
and element, and yah, and lust, and feel, and fear, and duckworth
>The only advantage damn has is being an "easier" listen thanks to its length and lack of narrative
which is why I think is more fun. TPAB is great but it's very heavy and rhythmically directionless. I don't like ALWAYS having to sit down in order to enjoy a song

Blur.

the microphones/mount eerie
dismemberment plan if you dont count the reunion
boredoms
liars
battles
flying lotus
daughters

accessibility doesn't mean the album is better. just means you personally enjoy it more easily. learn to separate your critical and personal opinions.

Fishmans

>both excluding DNA
This is how I know you're nerds

King Crimson

Thrak era>Discipline era>Red era>Court era

Autechre (mid period best but Elseq is better than anything they put out in the 90s)
Nick Cave
Swans
Talk Talk
Miles Davis
Kraftwerk
Fishmans

Early Pink Floyd is so much worse than later Pink Floyd. DSOTM, WYWH, Animals, The Wall... all so much better than Ummagumma, More, Saucerful of Secrets.
