yeah I prefer this version too. Damon's vocals are hilarious but the DD version definitely fits the record it's on. I would be interested in hearing what the original Demon Days would've been before Danger Mouse's involvement for sure

that shit has on melancholy hill and broken on it, the two poppiest gorillaz tracks. and it has two worst gorillaz songs, white flag and glitter freeze. it's got great stuff like Sweepstakes and Plastic Beach but on the whole it doesn't hold up to the other three records
