McCartney has always been a dickhead. THAT is what broke the Beatles up, not Yoko Ono. The other 3 couldn't stand him anymore. The Beatles never really broke up, they just kicked Paul out of the group. John, George and Ringo still played together, they just named the albums as solo albums. George and Ringo played on Johns album, John and George played on Ringos but NONE of them played on Pauls. Why? Because he's a dick. I read one story that when the Beatles use to play the Cavern club in Liverpool, the fans would ask John, George and Ringo for their autographs but ignore Paul because he was such a showoff dickhead, they couldn't stand him. You can see it too, in the photographs he's always the one being a dickhead for attention and to me the guy fucking sucks, probably one of the most overrated musicians in history. He's writes for 7 years on the coat tails of a genius, John Lennon, and when the Beatles break up he releases Beatle outtakes - Band on the run, Live and let die and that's it. The guy never writes one single solitary good song for the next 50 years. Why? Because he CAN'T, he didn't have John Lennon helping him anymore, he's a goddamn fraud and everyone kisses his ass
McCartney has always been a dickhead. THAT is what broke the Beatles up, not Yoko Ono...
>the beatles
lmao
he survived tho
"writes" on the coattails??
ringo here, thanks man
Objectively the best Beatle, Ram is GOAT, Lennon wasn’t shit but a pretentious wife beating junkie who abandoned his kid.
Paul died before the Beatles got big man.
what is with brits and shitty eyebrows
>They kicked the most talented member out and he ended up with the best solo career
Go figure.
>the most talented member
sure think bucko
youtube.com
you're probably right, the video posted shows Paul openly mocking the other Beatles members
even to this day Paul is still milking his Beatles days
Ram is heresy.
Basically hobbled together Beatles songs with none of the charm or execution.
It sounds more like Klaatu than anything, except it's not even as good as that
Why does he look mentally retarded in this video
>when the Beatles break up he releases Beatle outtakes - Band on the run, Live and let die and that's it.
sorry to interrupt your assblasted rant, but he made a better solo album than any other beatle youtube.com
he's parodying the other beatles members
apparently the song inspired lennon to return to music and make Double Fantasy
>“Coming Up,” was a prime factor in John Lennon’s decision to get back into music.
>Lennon confessed to Seaman that he couldn’t get the song’s distinctive riff out of his head. Seaman later said the track stirred the muse in Lennon. “If Paul was writing decent music,” Seaman wrote, in his memoir, “John felt compelled to take up the challenge.”
I agree. The other 3 are likeable chaps.
...
Oh hey I can cherry pick too!

user you have no idea what you're saying. First off Paul wrote half the beatles hits, and had way more than john on many of their albums- SGT pepper comes to mind, he was a masta bassist, and even played drums on USSR and Dear Prudence when Ringo quit the band for two weeks. He is a dickhead, I agree with that. But hey, he's paul fuckin mccartney! If we'd been crushing it since like 15 we'd all be a bit dickheads too probably. And as for his solo shit, he completely blows the other beatles the fuck out of the water. Just listen to Ram, Band on the Run, or even the song he wrote for a bond movie- Live and Let Die. All 10/10 stuff. I just feel sorry for you that you've never heard Jet or Uncle Albert before, give em a listen.
I'm just gonna leave this here

This is just bias reinforced with confirmation bias. Paul has flaws, sure, but you've filtered out any information that isn't focussed on them. He was ambitious and hardworking and curious and talented. Imagine working with the temperamental, narcissistic, sulky, woman beating John Lennon. Paul pushed Lennon into his most ambitious work, you can tell by the direction of John's music after Paul. He couldn't sustain the ambition, and he didn't demonstrate the craftsmanship that paul maintained for decades. If John were alive now, and you'd seen him mortalized by time like Paul has been, you would vew him through the same idealized lense. I love John, and think he was responsible for antagonizing the better part of Paul's work as well, and that a lot of the absolute best work belong to him, but you're simply not being fair.
>not liking got my mind set on you
WEW
>Objectively the best Beatle
>Too afraid to try comparing him to the actual best Beatle
You can say that about Lennon all you want. But at the end of the day, neither of them have shit on George.
I think you missed the point how it was example of Paul actively mocking the former members of the Beatles while profiting from it, and it confirms what OP laid out
Go to bed kiddo.
,
??? Paul died in 1966. Are you dumb?
