I know it's the meme answer but Pine Barrens.
It was on the TV randomly one afternoon when I was like 14, had no idea what the show was about, but I was immediately enthralled and became addicted. It was so absurd, and unlike anything I had seen before. This was before downloading shit off internet was easy, so I only managed to see the end of S3 afterwards then saw S4. Only caught up with S1 and S2 years later, and realized I had actually stumbled upon an early episode before, the Christmas one with Big Pussy dressing up as Santa, and back then it didn't hook me in. So I'll always appreciate Pine Barrens and its meme antics for hooking me in, I don't think any other episode would have made this strong of an impression on a young first-time viewer.

Isabella was a good episode but I really liked the episode in S1 where Tony and his daughter go and visit a college and Tony has to kill someone at their motel.
Did anyone else nearly stop watching in S2? I find Tony's sister annoying but I'm glad she doesn't seem to have much of a presence in season three so far.
