Does it matter that the sampling on this album is pretty basic to you?
Does it matter that the sampling on this album is pretty basic to you?

youtube.com
I really want to see you guys defend this.
This is literally how sampling in hip-hop is. So if you have a problem with it then go jerk off to IDM or something
Simplicity doesn't denote a lack in quality
Nor does complexity imply an increase in quality.
No because I listened to this album like 5 times and never again
It's a pretty decent predictor
>I'm gonna cherry pick the laziest sample on the album and ignore the other 20 tracks
It's getting old.
>predictor
thats a pretty decent word you just made up
Why did you make this post?
To answer OP's question
I didn't make that word up. Are you retarded or something?
predictor isnt a word please show me its real because its not you fucking bitch
What a hack.
You should sue your school for negligence
oh wow you sure showed me with that google search result
Fuck you kid, show me a real definition, not some botnet """""definition"""""
Im convinced youre a fucking idiot
such an improvement over the original
Weak bait
why did you respond then?
>itz sim0lpe so it bAD
My act of charity for the day
OP here.
Thanks.
big improvement. also madlib made a great sample choice for the tone of the track
OP here, this guy isn't OP, disregard what he said
i fucking miss dilla
Really most casual musically minded people can slap a late 60s underground rock or soul song into ableton, chop it up, then play around with it on some midi pads and sound a hell of a lot closer to Dilla than if you amateurishly picked up a guitar and tried to compose something like Fripp or Zappa; or picked some drum sticks and tried to play like Jaki Liebezeit.
I fucking love Dilla and Madlib, they are both musical geniuses, but don't think Dilla is better by default because he likes to chop the sample up more and it confuses you.
>false equivalence
>still listening to Madvillian when Tom Hardy did it better and before Madvillian
thats one master
the art of the beat in hip hop is about more than just how it was sampled
git gud faggot
