OPN is garbage

Oneohtrix Point Never
dont remember the album name. i think it's "Replica"
Sigur Ros Agætis byrjun
anything by Machine Girl for something kinda like The Powers That B/Death Grips' electronic instrumentals
Lorenzo Senni for futuristic trance arpeggios
Ian William Craig for more like Grouper
Brainwaltzera and Trackermatte have been doing some nice aphexian stuff, for something more alien check out Alexi Perälä
The Art of Noise - In No Sense, Nonsense! for what's essentially R+7 made in the 80s
maybe some William Basinski if you want very ambient 'plunderphonics,' VHS Head for a poppier take on the type of thing Replica does
Axolotl for just more good noise like Yellow Swans, the droneiness of Going Places reminds me of Gas a bit too
this doesn't really fit your taste but the new GFOTY compilation album GFOTYBUCKS is like overproduced future pop taken to an extreme
Oneohtrix Point Never - Replica
What's the album beneath OKC? I recognize it just don't remember the name.
OPN - R+7
oh,and definitely check out Fennesz if you haven't. I don't know how knowledgeable about this stuff but he's a pretty basic artist for noise/ambient stuff. most people would recommend Endless Summer, my favorite from him is Venice.
Thanks a lot!
I've heard all of these. MHRC didn't appeal to me as much as Geoggadi did
Can't seem to get into Outkast either
Love MPP but I don't feel the futuristic vibe, it only reminds me of hot summers
But thanks a lot anyway!
Here's a doggo
Why?
I would recommend Burial's Untrue, Jon Hopkins' Immunity, SW.'s The Album, and Jamie XX's In Color.
