Yeah I pretty much agree with this, hopefully Earnie has learned what kinds of signings work in MLS even though Fafa doesn't have the best accuracy hes legitimately a threat most games on reasonable wages, players like Illsinho and Alberg, Pontius make too much for what the contribute. We all know they're never going to bring in a Giovinco, Vela, Villa etc so they might as well give their young guys a chance so at least we'll be a team of local boys.
I've been telling my friends Jim should be playing Bedoya on the wing so we can get Jones in. In MLS you're really only 2-3 quality signings away from being a contender.
I miss Nogueira and Barnetta. Still surreal how I saw Nogueira in plain clothes after a game and gave him a smile and a pat on the shoulder and he was gone the next week.
