how many unreleased songs do you think he left
my guess is 7 albums at least

last I heard he said 8 songs were finished, so we might get an EP

I THINK I'LL CUT MY DICK OFF

I can't believe he's gone Sup Forums ;_;

>fall general
I'm a pretty big fallfaggot but he didn't die for this

damn there was nothing left of him before he died

he looks half decent in these, much better than the last 10 years

...

that Only Fools and Horses / Hi-De-Hi crossover was weird

A FIGURE WALKS BEHIND YOU

...

I love The Fall. they're my favorite band of all-time. That said, I want to know what he died of. I lead a similar lifestyle to MES.

don't make a career out of it-ah
heh heh

liver cirrhosis probably

probably liver disease, if it were a cancer we would've noticed it sooner

but because he looked jaundice, gaunt and saggy as fuck for the last 20 years, no one had a clue

all my old man's mates who hammered speed and spirits for that long are ded, 40 is the cut off

what's the first song you went to after hearing the news lads?

I mean obviously it was The Classical, but what did you listen to after that?

Listened to this today, forget about it, great bass. some guy made an hour mix of some early stuff, pretty good.

>mfw Riddler is no longer on youtube

>yfw an autistic fall fan put every single fucking track on youtube and they deleted it

i uploaded a bunch of full Fall albums a few years back but YT dumped them and shut down my channel. I had my Marshall Suite, Middle Class Revolt, Unutterable, etc. I still have some up right now.

Dr Bucks Letter

FEEL I MISS HIM AND WALK A DARK CORRIDOR

I flicked on 6music because Marc Riley was on and I wanted to hear what he had to say, so whatever he played after he announced it

I'm half hoping they put up a MES statue in Prestwich like the one of Frank Sidebottom in Timperley. I thought it might be a bit showy and unlike him, but then I found out that he fundraised for the Frank one, so who knows?

>The “In Memoriam” segment of the 2018 Grammy Awards included tributes to a number of music icons: Chuck Berry, the Cranberries’ Dolores O’Riordan, Steely Dan’s Walter Becker, Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell, and many others. In addition, Chris Stapleton and Emmylou Harris covered the late Tom Petty’s “Wildflowers” during the three-minute montage. Due to time constraints, however, the Grammys could not honor all the musicians who died in 2017 and early 2018. Among the notable omissions were the Fall’s Mark E. Smith, France Gall, Can’s Holger Czukay, Fredo Santana, K-pop star Jonghyun (of the group SHINee), and Hüsker Dü’s Grant Hart.
>Gall, Czukay, Fredo, Jonghyun, Hart, and others were included in a longer list of artists that the Recording Academy posted last night. Mark E. Smith, however, is also absent from the list. (For context, Hugh Masekela, who died one day before Smith, was included in both the video tribute and the list.)
It's probably what he would have wanted desu

Fuck the shell actors

I went to a music festival in '96 and Frank performed on the comedy stage, as did Charlie Chuck and John Shuttleworth

I didn't see any of them and I hate myself for it
