Almost everything I've listened to in these Soundcloud/Bandcamp threads suck mad dick. No, my taste isn't bad. The music just sucks and so does the producing.

Show us your soundcloud then. If you don’t then your opinion is void and isn’t worth any consideration. I can’t wait to hear the masterpieces you’ve created.

I think that most of the people that post on these threads are just starting to make music,so it kinda makes sense.
You have to write bad songs first in order to make good music.
Also I don't think anyone would like to get associated with this shithole if they want to have a "career"

>Also I don't think anyone would like to get associated with this shithole if they want to have a "career"
JPEGMAFIA does and that nigger is number 1 on Bandcamp for being an edgier DG copycat
Kek, finally they bring out the roast. That Nathan Original bots being brewing this for months
Why are there 3 Soundcloud threads up?
New track:

Trying to make orchestral music for game/trailer or whatever. It's kinda hard when you have zero experience when it comes to "real music".
threads like this are continual proof that 90% of the people in SoundCloud threads are some of the least talented and most shameless people involved in music. there's almost a formula at this point on how they work: make it within the first 10 or so posts so you don't have to recc anyone, and if you do, it can be incredibly low effort, because even the idea of getting a (you) from someone is a day-maker for most of the people in the thread. It's also very important to box your music into the very narrow band of genres allowed (milquetoast indie rock, "lo-fi" hip hop beats [the worst offender], occasionally the edgy punk/hard rawk band), and even then if it even deviates a little bit no one will even bother to click on it, as a lot of people simply look at the tags and give their pity reccs based on that and not the actual music, or heaven forbid, they base it on who has the coolest cover art or who they see most often in the thread, like brand recognition but for "musicians." and now, with threads like this, people are just itching for the thread that has a picture of SoundCloud on it or is even tangentally related (I.E. Nathan Original) that they'll post outside of containment threads just to shill it that extra bit more. it's just a really depressing situation overall, but unfortunately I can't think of anything that can be done to fix it.
Why so angry/sad? What is there even to fix? Just ignore the threads if you don't like them man.

What do you mean it’s not an arguement? Op’s post isn’t an arguement. He says our shit sucks like he knows better. So if he does he should prove it.
while this is true.. yeah theres nothing to be done
just let the soundcloud threads rest in peace and keep listening to music that actually gets released by labels lol

I feel like I'm getting better at producing different styles, still unsure about this track though.
If someone could tell me what they think I'd really appreciate it.

gtfo, have you ever listened to someone elses stuff or do you just quote random posts and just go "recc", jeez
>do you just quote random posts and just go "recc"
i mean... ya
why do you think he always tries to be the first post in the threads
Him and the other mindless shills that frequent these threads are the worst
kinda sad how long some of them have been here
This is nice, great flow.
I don't bother posting in share threads very often because it just gets drowned in the noise and a new one gets made every 10 minutes.
I'm happy with this project though.

>If you don’t then your opinion is void and isn’t worth any consideration
if this was the case we could have shut down Sup Forums ten years ago
i have a lot of fun producing and ill get better at it. did you even take a listen?
>spend several years writing my own music
>finally record it all into albums
>come to Sup Forums, eager to share
>get btfo in bandcamp threads by people with much better material than mine
>hide all my stuff in shame
no bc you said it was cringeworthy
if its good, send it to labels as demos
if its not good enough, wait until it is
dont post ur music here.. for ur own sake
But user, I don't have any social media or real life friends. I actually have respect for most of the guys in the bandcamp threads because they make really good stuff.
then dont send ur music to labels idk
im not saying they aren't talented i'm just saying you'll get a larger audience and more people listening/appreciating your stuff if you got it released on a label rather than posting it on Sup Forums
you were supposed to listen to it and judge by yourself, im may be shy and insecure on the surface but im not. i will try to suck your attention span and spam my sc endlessy desu
if You think it's cringeworthy, it probably is
