Even if your own life is shit and it will remain shit there are many interesting things that are going to happen in our lifetime, it is worth it to stick around just to see the world burn if for nothing else. Even if the world is generally fairly awful it is not all bad, there is surely something that will give you some respite from your troubles.

I'm from southern California and I hate Chicanos and Mexicans alike. They are harder to spot in a crowd than blacks because their skin isn't as dark.
