Anyway, I love Weezer and I understand the lyrics of Pinkerton as hyper satire and I absolutely forgive Rivers for his bluntness and anyone who calls him out as be problematic to the queer community (that line about "why can't she be a little straight" is fucking genius) or having a racial fetish (god damn you half-Japanese girls) I think are just missing the point.
