A lot of the early ones are pretty boring.

KTMA and most of S1 are borderline unwatchable, even by the admission of the cast and crew. They fought to keep Comedy Central from airing the S1 episodes for a really long time. There's also some episodes in later seasons where the movie is so bad, even they can't save it (I'm thinking Monster A Go-Go).

Nope. Jettisoning most of the original crew, and adding in fuckwits like Felicia Day and Patton Oswalt killed any potential interest I had in this. Then, there's nigger Servo ("I'm gonna have soul now!").

also there was cinematic titanic already with sketches and shit with most of the cast of mst3k which sucked because the only funny writer is Mike

I had no idea how much of a presence Mike was in the MST3K writing room until I watched Cinematic Titanic. The only good one I've seen is the live show where they watch Alien Factor, and even then, the movie itself and reactions from the crowd are doing half the work for them.

Why? The reboot looks fucking horrible and the cast is awful. The robots sound nothing like they should. Shouldn't it be out already? What the fuck is Joel doing with all that money?

In interviews most of the crew admits that about 99/100 good lines came from Mike. They'd admit every once in awhile they'd throw something out and it'd be kind of funny, but Mike was hitting home runs every single time.

Find the old local channel shit they did, where it was just Joel and Weinstein. It wasn't funny at all, the idea of it was funny and the movies were funny but there was never a good sketch or riff.

I loved Joel in MST3K and Trace and Frank but Mike's writing carried the show.
