I'm scared of myself. Please help.

The solo in Goofy Goober Rock is genuinely rad as fuck

True.

shit blew my 8 year old mind. the only thing to fuck me up more was the incredible rush of hearing Ocean Man again years later

I actually went back and was like "Hey these 'Flaming Lips' guys sound pretty good lemme check em out" Mind. Fucking. Blown. Soft Bulletin is soooo goooood.

/kino childhood soundtracks/ general?

Love this one

Thats a lot of ska. Also that rap. Holy shit.

Yup.

ITS THE LAAAST UUUUNICOOOOOORN

The lips track is genuinely fucking awesome on there. Spongebob is just such a perfect match for their playfully real lyrics

I love the tarzan soundtrack. The phil bits are some of his most finely tuned later pop pieces, and the score parts are really nostalgic to me :)

that song is great too

>maybe we're just young and we won't know 'til we're old

>To be thought of as a king, you don't need a crown

All these years and I never knew The Flaming Lips did this song

the motorhead track is also great

Come on, let's find a way to be happy
Not like Plankton, he will never be satisfied
Always complaining about his life

Yellow Album was better
>when worlds collide was death grips before death grips
>funny minute long country track about a shitty boss
>the arena rock thing
>jellyfish jam

yeah wow this is straight up a very solid album. fucking why would they make an album this good for this movie?

The movie's kino tho

>The Flaming Lips
>Ween
>Motorhead
>The Shins
They all had such fucking great contributions to the album, it's honestly insane. Without this album I would have never found Ween. The nostalgia every time I play it hits me like truck, it feels like just yesterday me and my sister were putting this into our CD player and raging to the Motorhead track; man I must have been like 6 or 7 when we did that. God bless this album and Steve Hillenburg.

>forgets Wilco

I like how you left out wilco cuz wilco sucks ass

i mean yeah it's a great movie, didn't mean for it to sound like i disliked it. i dunno i guess it's just surprising how tasteful the dudes over at sponge hq are

Before 2005 anyways. Anything past season 4 is a pile of dog shit.

Oh yeah, I knew I was missing one. Just A Kid is one of my fav tracks from it, idk how I forgot.

WRONG

the track is alright, i just dont like wilco.

SpongeBob may be the GOAT but pic related still goes hard too

EVER FALLEN IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE

One of my favorite lips lines
