The Northeast is a bunch of stupid niggers and where most of the Liveleak shit is from. The South is white mostly and much more peaceful. Again, all depends on where you go. I'd rather walk through the bad parts of Florionapolis or Curitiba or even Porto Alegre than parts of LA, Dallas, Miami or Atlanta.
