Start with Pierce Brosnan and end with Casino Royale

>throws man into industrial newspaper printing press
>"They'll print anything these days."
>fixes tie

Quipkino my good friend.

Goldeneye is the only good James Bond movie. Casino Royale is good but it feels more Bourne than James Bond.

All of the pre-Brosnan bonds are products of a different cultural era, and it shows.

...

Skyfall and Spectre made me vomit faeces

Only Bond movies worth watching:

Dr. No
From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Thunderball
You Only Live Twice

On Her Majesty's Secret Service

The Spy Who Loved Me
For Your Eyes Only

The Living Daylights
License To Kill

GoldenEye
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World Is Not Enough

Casino Royale
Quantum of Solace
Skyfall
Spectre

all other lists are pure memery.

>Live and Let Die not worth watching
kill yourself

poor characterization and an overall mediocre flick.

It's not terrible, but it's not good.

>great villain
>memorable henchmen
>top-tier Bond girl
>that blaxploitation flavor
it's good, and also one of the most unique Bond movies

GoldenEye is the perfect first bond movie.

fucking terrible list

it stinks of fanboyism

I think you're right. It's like a greatest hits collection of Bond cliches, but done really well. It's also a nice mix of campy Bond and dark, serious Bond leftover from the Dalton era.

Yes I'm a fan of Bond, which is why I bothered to make that list in the first place

Would you prefer one made by someone who hated the movies?

anything 1985+

Id rather have someone with a decent knowledge of film and isn't blinded by Nostalgia.

Moore is a terrible bond. None of his films are """God""" tier.

>Id rather have someone with a decent knowledge of film and isn't blinded by Nostalgia.
I've seen thousands of movies and I wasn't interested in James Bond until I was in my 20s. So I guess you got your wish, congratulations

>Moore is a terrible bond. None of his films are """God""" tier.
Okay, so because you hate Moore and I don't, it's because I must be blinded by nostalgia. It can't possible be you, after all you're so objective and smart and anyone who doesn't share your opinion is obviously wrong

you're pathetic

if this isn't bait, reconsider your shit life m8

>I have never watched a single one of these movies.
OP isn't just a fag but a LYING fag.

>blinded by Nostalgia.
Having fond memories of something is "blindness"? Yeah, you have no idea what nostalgia is.

Watch the ones with Dalton and Craig. The rest are entirely optional, and unless you've got some time to waste, I'd suggest skipping them entirely, especially the Connery ones, holy shit do they blow.

Also, you could watch the beginning of On Her Majesty's Secret Service up until the title screen, because it's got the best title track out of all the series, and it's worth seeing it just for that.

I didn't and you have no taste.

Moore is trash.

Moore's films are terrible phoned-in cash grabs.

>stop liking things I don't like!

if there is anything that's completely skippable it's the Craig era

Nigger please, after the shark jumping that the Brosnan movies did, the series needed to get back to basics immediately, and Casino Royale did that perfectly, setting a tone that was sorely lacking in the series for a long while.

you won't like ALL of them, but you should start from the beginning, back when they did not have the iconic intro and they did not know how to use the theme.

Each actor had a different delivery and of course it also depends on the director and the script.

Even if I don't like the Craig movies I watched them so I could form an opinion about them.

best song
youtube.com/watch?v=mOgFS6AYoVc

Out of all the songs, you pick one of the absolute worst.

Goldfinger is my favorite

>best song
>picks literally the worst one
Even fucking Three Blind Mice was a better theme.

u made tina cry like ike

>back to basics
I'd hardly call cashing in on the the popularity of Jason Bourne "going back to basics." Even the Dalton movies, while more serious, still had an element of fun.

>setting a tone that was sorely lacking in the series for a long while.
The series never had that tone, ever. Casino Royale wasn't a return to form, it was a new direction. And a bad one, I'd argue

...

trips don't lie

still a very bad list

anyone who puts CR that low is certifiably retarded.

It's not a Bond film though

GoldenEye
Thank me later

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casino_Royale_(2006_film)

Denial isn't healthy.

You're playing stupid

Diamonds might be too high but this is a good list.

it's been 10 years and people are still butthurt lol

If you want the total Bond Experience--> The Spy Who Loved Me.

Nobody does it better m8

thanks Pleb. now post the serious list

Butthurt at what there's no way you can be this stupid

>Not even a bad guy
>Just a guy doing his job and gets killed for it

whatever you say, buddy.

Just remember you will forever, eternally, and infinitely be wrong until the end of time and you can never change this.

...

The Living Daylights
License To Kill
GoldenEye
Casino Royale
Skyfall

>craig
>bond

very reasonable but remove 1967 Casino Royale

Hey user

How do you feel since Craig is coming back for 2 more films?

>thunderball
More like snooze tier

Great argument

It's not a Bond film, it's a decent action film that has very little to do with James Bond. Bit too melodramatic but either way it's fine but not a Bond film for me. I enjoyed the later ones a lot more as you can see on the list as a Bond fan.

It is core Bond

>Cast as the fictional British secret agent James Bond in October 2005, his first film in the role, Casino Royale, was released internationally in November 2006.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Craig

The Living Daylights and License to Kill are the only ones worth watching

It is literally a Bond film.

Denial isn't healthy

You are literally retarded.

End yourself redditor.

Debate me

The Living Daylights or License To Kill?
Cant decide which is better.

>tfw you really enjoyed Spectre

>Die Another Day tier
>Die Another Day is actually in the tier above it

This is why I love this board

CR is literally a Bond film and you will never ever change this no matter how much ad-hominem you use.

>underrated
lazenby
>contrarian
brosnan
>meme
dalton
>patrician
connery
>acceptable
craig
>shit
moore

terrible

License to Kill, Dalton has a lot less awkward one-liners in that one

Bond fans are so retarded. Bond flicks are neither good action flicks nor good spy flicks. Even the best ones are quite mediocre. But they get so butthurt when you point that out.

im not arguing with this but if you think dalton is better than connery you should end your life as soon as possible

You're avoiding the issue here on whether you know what a Bond film is, if you decide to say (and have been saying) a film that's in the James Bond franchise then you better pack your bags and get the fuck out because you can't bring anything to the table. A James Bond film is much more than that and if you can't figure it out then this really isn't for you.

Watch Goldeneye and Casino Royale. Those are the only ones that are good that haven't been marred by the passage of time.

>not a Bond film for me
>for me

lmao

Can anyone explain why spectre was shit? I liked it a lot 2bh

1. quantum of solace
2. doesnt matter its all shit

...

>christoph waltz playing christoph waltz
>shitty attempt at making him the big villain behind all of the craig movies even though it was never hinted at
>terrible bond girls who goes from hating bond to loving him in 1 day even though he does absolutely nothing to earn that trust
>bond decides to quit mi6 because of said pointless girl
Not a bad movie, but a good one either

BOND?

this

You are simply literally wrong. Literally.

Sorry.

This is fact. A fact that you can never ever change until the end of time.

Casino Royale is a James Bond film.

Simple. This discussion is over.

That guy same amount of emotion and excitement as the average bond film.

>Literally

That's when you know you're talking to a fucking fag
