Suprised to see With_Teeth scoring so high on so many of these

it's a pretty cool album

TDS
PHM
Fragile
Ghosts
Hesitation Marks
Year Zero
Broken
The Slip
Awithatheetha

Still uncertain of the new EPs but I'm thinking between ghosts and hm

Why do you faggots keep insisting the fragile is anything above a 3/10?

>Suprised to see With_Teeth scoring so high on so many of these
Why? Sup Forums is filled with teenagers. Every single ranking in this thread so far is utterly absurd.

Why is it bad?

>Every single ranking in this thread so far is utterly absurd.
Why? If anything, it's refreshing to not see TDS and TF always on top.

I was plesantly suprised to see With_Teeth on top, because it's not a bad album by a long shot.

trent reznor is the male grimes

nine inch nails = bad music for 14 year old

still cunts

this but with a power gap below phm

ok dummy

Why do you guys put WT so low? Its more accessible and polished, but easily still some of his best post 2000 work IMO.

it is the cheesiest album he ever made. dave grohl drums and lack of production. it was like revving up the machine after getting sober. i like the song only and that's about it. year zero is much better and actually sounds like a proper nin album. with teeth seems tame.

>lack of production
if anything its overproduced

"I pushed the button and elected him to office, and
He pushed the button, and he dropped the bomb
You pushed the button, and could watch it on the television
Those motherfuckers didn't last too long
I'm sick of hearing 'bout the have and have-not's
Have some personal accountability
The biggest problem with the way that we are doing things is
The more we let you have, the less that I'll be keeping for me
Well, I used to stand for something
Now I'm on my hands and knees
Turning in my god for this one
And he signs his name with a capital G
Don't give a shit about the temperature in Guatemala
Don't really see what all the fuss is about
Ain't gonna worry about no future generations
And I'm sure somebody's gonna figure it out"
>WT is the cheesiest album he ever made
You sure about that user?

it's ok but it just sounds like standard radio alt rock to me, nothing interesting about it

...

i mean it doesn't have the cool noise shit i expect and layering of beats and shit. it sounds like a shitty band rather than trent. pretty hate machine is so detailed it's ridiculous. the downward spiral is absolute madness. you can play them for years and hear new sounds in headphones. lately he seems to put less effort into that because, according to interviews, he just doesn't have faith anyone can hear it. he's a dumbass. the new albums rate lower, even hough they're solid. with teeth is the least of them.

Why has NIN blown up here on Sup Forums over the last year or so? Makes me happy as a huge NIN fan, but I doubt it was these new EPs that did it.

but NTAE is some of his best work, period

haha, year zero is fucking STUPID but it's way more committed to that than with teeth. he is like just sayin fuck and being totally absurd. i respect that. with teeth is harmless

god it sucks, i don't even count it as his music. it's so easy to dismiss. it could have been made in 2006. no edge. it thinks it's great, too. which makes it worse.

I find it interesting how divisive all of his post 2000 is. I for one don't think hes put out a bad album yet, and I love both of the recent EPs, Atticus is saving the day.

I don't think he's made a bad album either. The work I like the least of his output is Still-- even then, I can take it or leave it.

It’s such a bloated album, so many forgettable tracks.

People were getting bored of Radiohead so they needed another artist that's accessible enough but has any artistry to his music. The EPs were just the final trigger.
