Is this the most underrated album of all time?
Is this the most underrated album of all time?
Other urls found in this thread:
no. Tap Out is a nice song though
it's definitely better than that abomination of an album that is First Impressions of Earth
fpbp
i would be completely fine with it being the last strokes album
>tap out
>one way trigger
>welcome to japan
>call it fate, call it karma
no one has heard the most underrated album
where would you guys rank it in the strokes discography? I honestly would go
is this it > comedown machine > room on fire > angles > first impressions
b-b-b-but what about YOLO user?
>Anything Strokes
>Underrated
Juicebox is a top 5 Strokes track.
I couldn't get into Is This It. I'm sorry, I tried but I just couldn't do it. I think it's a solid album but not one I personally like.
is this it > room > angles > comedown > first impressions
Comedown Machine has Tap Out and Changes which are absolutely great
there's not a single standout track on that album
Juicebox
...
One of the most underrated of the decade so far for sure
I actually really like FIoE, probably my favorite after Is This It. Although The Strokes are my favorite band ever so I'm definitely biased
Ize of The World is one of, if not, my favorite Strokes track
Nah, it’s good but not THAT good. Human sadness is god tier though
"Under Cover of Darkness"
>Ize of The World
My melanin rich acquaintance. Great song. Album is probably three tracks too long though
FIOE is my favorite Strokes album, and the Strokes is my favorite band. It has all of their best songs and a dark experimental sound, but unfortunately also has some of their worst songs (Killing Lies, Fear of Sleep, 15 Minutes). Without those three the album would be absolutely perfect. FIoE>Is This It>Comedown Machine>Room On Fire>Angles
What the fuck is with all the people in here defending FIOE. Did we listen to the same album? After the first 3 or 4 tracks the album nose dives to just total shit until Ize of the World only to go right back to shit.
No
It was boring as fuck outside a few tracks. Even first impressions of earth managed to be better.
Is This It > Comedown > Angles > Room on Fire > First impressions
Room on Fire, for me, just retreads the same territory as Is this it, and it's not as good. For all the flak it gets, I enjoy more songs off Angles. First Impressions is just a bloated mess
Is This It > Angles > Comedown Machine > RoF > FIoE
is this it > ROF > comedown machine > FIOE > angles
welcome to japan is the best song the strokes ever made
