>Drafted by the Cardinals
>Have a good running game, Boldin, Fitzgerald, and Warner as a mentor

I thought he was going to be GOAT

All the Bucs fans should just report in for thinking that Freeman was going to amount to anything.

>mfw one Super Bowl, and I have Wheaties cereal box.

Justin Blackmon

He was going to replace Randy Moss.
too bad he was legally blind

Trent Richardson

I legit completely forgot about Josh Freeman

Guy never had that undying, competitive spirit. And he couldn't throw with enough zip. Pretty much every USC QB (except Sanchez) since Leinart has been exactly like him: top California QB from some elite program like Mater Dei and walks onto campus already at or near their ceiling. Darnold is way different and could break the mold. But we'll see this upcoming season.

Me, sadly.

Greg McElroy
Tate Forcier

I was new to college football and NFL and didn't know that only Tyrones succeeded at pro level

Unironically Tebow. First time I got really into the NFL was Tebowmania and then the playoff win over the Steelers.

I unironically though Manziel would be an NFL-caliber QB.

I'm embarassed lads.

you should be

that was probably the easiest to call

Pretty Much Everyone the jaguars have taken in the last 10 years except for Gabbert who I knew would suck

Roy Williams

Hes coming back!

Greg robinson. Goddamit greg

Peyton hillis gave me hope.

If you dont count tackles and qbs rams always do great in the first round. Too bad those are the most important positions lol

Tre Mason, fuck that guy

reggie bush

hey go fuck yourself, he's goat the rams just suck dick

war eagle

I unironically thought Dion Jordan was going to be great. I thought he just needed a little time to adjust to the pro game. Shows what I know.

Adam Archuleta

Braylon Edwards
fuck michigan

Dude just couldn't catch.

They should've played him as an OLB, which he did in college instead of a hand in the ground DE. He had crazy mobility and speed in college, but lacked the size, strength and handwork to fight off blockers that got their hands on him, and still the incompetent Dolphins coaching staff made him a DE.

oops

Hard for me to understand him. He had legit WR talent and could not hold onto a football.

past two drafts have been good to the jags D

Hope the Jags D starts becoming elite because they need to start somewhere.

>Alabama QB
>doing anything in the NFL
lel

>le chuck it up to Mike Evans and snort coke man
He had 0 chance in the NFL

>mfw I wanted the Panthers to draft him

The Patriots would literally have 10 rings by now. All he had to do was not murder two people.

It's a real temptation, that's for sure. I mean, there's people out there that just get under your skin, into your head, make you SO FUCKING MAD that you just wanna CLICK-CLICK-BOOM your worries away. Know what I mean?

Wow, explains why they're shit

Ron Dayne

>NCAA all-time leading rusher (bowl statistics counted)
>All-Iron Award (2005)
>Heisman Trophy (1999)
>Maxwell Award (1999)
>Walter Camp Award (1999)
>Chic Harley Award (1999)
>Doak Walker Award (1999)
>Jim Brown Award (1999)
>Big Ten Player of the Year (1999)
>AP Player of the Year (1999)
>SN Player of the Year (1999)
>Consensus All-American (1999)
>Wisconsin Badgers No. 33 retired
>USA Today High School All-American (1995)

He caught it fine at Michigan as well, strange he couldn't with better passers at the pro level

is he not wearing a cup? that guy was a walking deathwish

My dad was so pissed they didn't pick Alexander from Bama.

I'll never forget when GameFAQS was crowning him as a top 10 qb in the league after he beat a few scrub teams like the Bengals in 2010.

...

are you that anime watching dude tat te texans picked

Lawrence Phillips from Nebraska
youtube.com/watch?v=nI58pnBVjS0
Maurice Clarett from Ohio State
youtube.com/watch?v=k-UvO6tS0II
I remember thinking he looked like maybe the best RB to ever play at Ohio State

He was an all pro.

Aaron Curry and the Boz are the typical Seahawk bust answers, but I'm going to go with Brock Huard.

>Set pretty much every passing record for the UW
>still the all time leading passer at UW
>Mechanically gifted at the position
>Never got into trouble
>would have been a first round pick if he left a year early in 1998
>had a bad final year, but still get drafted in the third round of the 1999 draft
>Seen as the first real Franchise QB of the future since Mirer
>got a TD in his first drive
>proceeds to keep getting injured and outplayed by Kitna even though Holmgren fucking hated Kitna with all his might
>only started 4 games in his career
>most notable NFL contribution was being Peyton Manning's back up for a year.

I really thought he was gonna be the one.

People also forget about Koren Robinson. He easily had the potential to be the best Seahawks wide receiver since Largent. He was the full package. Durable, incredibly speed, could run routes naturally, and great at catching. But he really gave no fucks, had no work ethic, and drank himself out of the NFL.

...

I'll add D'quan Bowers to that list as well.

Forcier is lucky to be part of the general public. Dude is Manziel times 1000 minus the mediocre football talent.

bump

...

is he never coming back?

He's trying to get into the Canadian "Football" League; no word on if he's made it or not.

That's the culture of prep quarterbacks coming out of Cali. Golden boys who lack a chip on their shoulder.
I read a good article a while ago talking about how overrated and prematurely developed they are

Darren McFadden

Had the misfortune of being on those shitty Raiders teams and being made out of glass. One of the best college football players I've ever seen.

I'd say putting up a 1,100+ yard season eliminates you from bust status

this dude was supposed to be a hall of famer

...

62 games played 166 sacks. Dude went from the worst college offensive line to the next worst college offensive line.

not being a hall of famer does not in any way make someone a bust

Followed him religiously in college, had one class with him. Sad what happened to him afterwards, all these recent stories just show a broken man

Lawrence is always sad to think about
