i've been intho this recently
thank you for posting their best album
Great album! I figured out a bit of the bassline to exhume awhile ago. Wanted to record a cover of it but I never quite got around to it. I really like the way the songs from bedhead expand as they go along. They're really brilliant after a few listens
is it cool if i plug this here? i reached out to the guys in love, claire and i got the self titled reissued. i got the tapes all done a few months ago but i only got the bandcamp made earlier this week. working on the forgotten cinema at the moment.

amazing album
>there'll never be another bedhead album
why even listen to music
achingly slow acid folk with some long minimal guitar tracks
Sounds interesting. Gonna check this out tonight
i heard that there might be a new duster album in the works, you think this rumor is true or is it just something to rile up the fans of duster?
...
there's been quite a bit of speculation recently. if you havent already heard, helvetia played a duster cover concert with Dove about a month ago. things are looking like they might actually get back together and do stuff again. fingers crossed, those guys are my idols
keep your fugging fingers crossed but it seems like a real possibility
bump!
How do I get into slowcore?
listen to stratosphere by duster
You listen to this and this and pic related
and then you get bored and forget all about slowcore
Underrated imo
Listen to:
Low: I Could Live in Hope
Codeine: The White Birch
Behdead: WhatFunLifeWas
Galaxie 500: Today
Red House Painters: S/T (Rollercoaster)
...
SARAAAAAHH~
I used to think this was their best, but Beheaded really grew on me. What an overlooked band, I think they really get dismissed lyrically, just because the vocals are usually pushed to the back of the mix, but the lyrics are great, on Transaction de Novo, especially.
>But this year I think I'd rather be a relic
>Than part of the present
A band breaking up on a career-best album is always sad.
It's relatively simple, but beautiful, I love the subtle rhythm and the harmonies, I used to know it.
This album really is damn near as good as Spiderland, it's just a different beast.
